📝 Full transcript (3749 segments)

0:12 And we are live from Milwaukee,

0:14 Wisconsin. Saddled on the backs of

0:16 spotted cows and riding into a dardy

0:18 dressed in black and pink. Over 41,000

0:21 have converged on American Family Field,

0:23 the home of the NL Central Champion

0:25 Milwaukee Brewers for the time of their

0:27 lives. The animals have sold out at MLB

0:30 Park. Welcome to the greatest party in

0:34 sports.

0:36 And welcome inside the Rage Cage. I'm

0:38 Drake Tol here to hold your hand or your

0:40 beer for the next two hours of tussle.

0:43 Standing next to me, AJ Swag due for an

0:46 updated perm as the 12 and 15 party

0:49 animals meet the 15 and 13 Loco Beach

0:51 Coconuts. You are watching the Banana

0:53 Ball Championship League nationally

0:54 televised on the CW and you're just 17

0:57 hours removed from the beach being

1:00 brought to all of us here at America's

1:02 Dairy Land. Yeah, let's make one thing

1:04 very clear. The world doesn't revolve

1:06 around Drake toll. Not everyone needs a

1:08 perm to get hair looking like that. But

1:10 the beach was brought to the party just

1:13 last night. The Loco Beach Coconuts

1:15 showed up and really put together a

1:16 buzzer-to-b buzzer effort against the

1:18 defending champs. Now 6-2 against the

1:20 party animals this season. And the

1:22 Coconuts have looked really sharp

1:24 against the animals on the 26 tour.

1:26 >> Will that continue today? That success

1:28 for Loco Beach against one of the

1:30 longest tenure brands of Banana Ball.

1:32 That's the question before we get there.

1:35 Who are the party animals? You're used

1:37 to the Savannah Bananas, the sport of

1:38 Banana Ball named after the Bananas. But

1:40 these party animals came along 6 years

1:42 ago. And 6 years between then and now,

1:45 they're already selling out at MLB

1:47 Stadium. But I want to go back to the

1:48 beginning before I give you the now.

1:50 Here's the history of those party

1:52 animals.

1:56 >> Welcome to history, the culmination for

1:58 a brand built to lose. The party animals

2:01 made their first appearance on June

2:02 21st, 2020 in Savannah, Georgia.

2:05 [cheering] The team was made simply to

2:06 give the Savannah Bananas someone to

2:07 play Banana Ball against, someone to

2:09 beat. But it was clear they were

2:11 different from the guys in yellow. Jump

2:13 forward to 2022. The Party Animals

2:15 played six games on ESPN Plus and 10

2:18 games across the southern United States.

2:20 bringing the party to a new nationwide

2:22 audience. And you could see shades of

2:24 what the brand is now with players

2:26 debuting like Chase Akoff, Garrett

2:27 Delino, Tanner Thomas, and Brett Helton.

2:30 Many of which had been Savannah Bananas

2:32 in the past. But 2023 is where

2:35 everything really turned. The first time

2:37 banana ball was played year round and

2:38 traveled to 30 cities across the nation.

2:41 That's where the animals grew. Say hello

2:43 to Jake Skull, Reese Hampton, Dustin

2:45 Ber, Jason Swan, Bryson Bloomer, Drew

2:48 Gillespie, and more. This year would

2:50 also mark the first time the party

2:51 animals would host their own show. June

2:53 12th, historic Grayson Stadium. And

2:55 while the game against the Aussie Drop

2:57 Bears was rained out and canled after

2:59 three innings, the players were hungry

3:01 for something to call theirs. The

3:03 campaign would culminate in one of the

3:04 great moments in Banana Ball history.

3:06 The Party Animals down eight games with

3:08 nine remaining on the tour. So in

3:10 essence, in a best of 17 series, down

3:12 eight games to zero, leading nine in a

3:14 row, they won eight in a row to set up a

3:17 championship at Double Day Field in

3:19 Coopertown, New York, the birthplace of

3:21 baseball. And the Black and Pink beat

3:23 the Bananas to walk away with a title.

3:26 After winning the 2023 World Tour and

3:28 off the heels of a historic season,

3:30 Tanner Thomas and company continued

3:31 their growth and introduced rookies like

3:33 Bronson Ball and Noah Fischer in the

3:35 2024 campaign. It also marked the debut

3:38 of the wildest, craziest, sexiest

3:39 broadcaster in sports. It's me, Drake

3:42 Tol.

3:43 >> It's time the greatest party in sports

3:45 had the greatest broadcast in sports.

3:47 I'm Drake Tol, the new voice of the

3:48 party, and I'm ready to be spun around

3:50 like a crazy washing machine.

3:53 >> I am ready to wake up feeling the

3:56 cheesiest.

3:57 >> Life [cheering] is a party. I am the

3:59 pin.

4:01 I know it's not what the party can do

4:04 for me. What [cheering] I can do for the

4:06 party.

4:11 [cheering]

4:16 [cheering]

4:17 >> And I knew I loved this team on March

4:19 9th, 2024. For the first time, banana

4:21 ball was played in an MLB stadium. and

4:24 seventime sai young award winner Roger

4:26 Clemens took the mound for the bananas

4:28 and yehack Jason Swan took him deep off

4:31 the Crawford boxes

4:33 [screaming] oh my gosh swan no mercy for

4:37 Roger Clemens

4:40 that thing nearly went off the train

4:42 tracks two run by

4:44 >> 2024 also gave the team another chance

4:46 to host their own show one thing was

4:48 clear fans wanted to party and when you

4:50 flip the page to 2025 say hello to Andy

4:53 Cos Osgrow, Mark Smith, and more. Banana

4:56 Ball staples as the Party Animals

4:58 continued their path to world

4:59 domination. A piece of that domination

5:01 was playing in the biggest Banana Ball

5:02 games of all time in multiple football

5:05 stadiums. Not to mention, 20 headliner

5:07 shows meant the Party Animals were here

5:09 and it concluded in a 2025 Banana Ball

5:12 Championship ring.

5:14 >> That's it. [cheering] The Party Animals

5:17 have won the first ever Banana Ball Tour

5:19 Championship. And before this season

5:21 could even begin, during the 2026 Banana

5:24 Ball Championship League draft, coach

5:26 Mike Vvesas made the decision to

5:28 reddraft the championship roster,

5:30 bringing only two new players into the

5:32 fold. TJ Reeves and Mikey Ballard. And

5:35 yeah, this year has been a slow start

5:37 for the Black and Pink. But they're

5:38 gaining momentum. Just a month ago in

5:40 May, the Animals had their first

5:42 headline series in an MLB stadium

5:44 against the Savannah Bananas, winning it

5:46 two games to one and turning Atlanta

5:48 pink. This brings us to the present.

5:51 Milwaukee, Wisconsin. American Family

5:53 Field. Not a single banana in sight. The

5:56 party animals have sold out in MLB

5:58 Stadium. The party animals have arrived.

6:04 [music]

6:14 >> One. All right. This one is for the

6:17 Karens.

6:23 You can let loose, Karen. It's okay.

6:25 You're with friends.

6:29 Let her rip.

6:38 There you go.

6:45 >> Shout out Karen. You can let your hair

6:47 down tonight. You are in the party

6:49 animal kingdom. Last but not least,

6:52 another group, but I'll let it slide

6:54 considering who they are. Jan, Adam,

6:58 Rob, and Chris. Please welcome to the

7:00 field party down.

7:11 When you come to see our show, we'll

7:14 bring the party.

7:16 And it's a

7:18 deny

7:22 >> nowadayer. [singing]

7:29 [singing]

7:47 by

7:53 [singing and music]

7:58 now.

8:01 [screaming]

8:02 Take this party to the sky. [singing]

8:07 Oh, how I love you, baby. Baby, baby,

8:12 baby.

8:15 And now introducing your party animals

8:18 cast of 2026. They'll be moving and

8:21 grooving all night long. It's the party

8:23 starters.

8:26 They're loud. They're crazy. They

8:29 definitely didn't RSVP.

8:40 You are watching Banana Ball on the CW

8:43 as the party animals lock in with the

8:46 Loco Beach Coconuts live from the home

8:48 of the Milwaukee Brewers in [music]

8:49 Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

8:51 And uh the anxiety usually gets the best

8:54 of me. I don't like talking about the

8:55 night prior, but the team who took the

8:58 walk of shame just 17 hours ago were

9:00 those party animals back to the

9:01 clubhouse after falling to Loco Beach.

9:04 We've got to talk about last night.

9:05 >> Yeah, let's play the hits. I mean, no

9:07 way fans or butts about it. Loco Beach

9:09 was the better team between the the

9:11 lines an evening ago. This is the

9:13 league's most explosive offense. It was

9:15 on full display. 12 total runs, 16 hits,

9:18 a 4-2 final score. I mean, that's Banana

9:21 Bowl at its finest. 10 the differential

9:24 in the run column, but still it came

9:26 down to the very last play. [music] The

9:27 Coconuts secure a buzzer to buzzer win

9:30 in a big way. Now, in Banana Ball, every

9:32 inning counts as a point. So if the home

9:34 team scores one run versus the visiting

9:35 team zero, they can walk innings off.

9:37 That's how the Party Animals got their

9:39 two runs, two points quickly last night.

9:41 The Loco Beach Coconuts as the visiting

9:43 team got into a great groove with the

9:45 bats. They can't walk it off. They can

9:47 just keep banging and they've banged all

9:49 year long against the Animals.

9:51 Take a look at the young history of the

9:53 matchups between these two teams. How

9:55 about Conway, South Carolina, a coconut

9:58 sweep. Las Vegas, Nevada, a coconut

10:00 series win. Orlando, Florida. The team

10:03 split for the first time. So, entering

10:04 last night, it was 52 in favor of the

10:07 team in their inaugural season. And the

10:09 defending champion Party Animals dropped

10:11 another. So, the Coconuts 6-2 now on the

10:14 year against the Party Animals. The

10:16 teams have four games remaining against

10:18 one another in the regular season. One

10:20 here this afternoon and three next

10:22 weekend in Jersey Shore. If the Party

10:24 Animals want a chance for the tiebreaker

10:26 against the Loco Beach Coconuts, they

10:28 will need to win four consecutive

10:30 matchups starting today. The Party

10:33 Animals are the most veteran team in

10:35 this sport in the 2026 Banana Ball

10:37 Championship League draft. They brought

10:38 nearly everyone back from last season's

10:40 championship team. Loco Beach, they're

10:43 led by all rookies and just a couple of

10:45 veterans of this sport on the roster.

10:47 Yet, they have rad against the party

10:49 animals consistently. The Black and Pink

10:51 need to turn it around today. Hey, they

10:52 need to turn around altogether. They

10:54 consider this a very slow start for the

10:56 defending title winners who got their

10:57 title rings yesterday. 12 and 15

10:59 overall, just a game ahead of that

11:02 dreaded red line. That's the cut off

11:04 point for the Banana Ball Championship

11:06 League postseason. Yeah, at the beach we

11:08 like to stay 110° and sunny. But you

11:10 don't want to be too close.

11:12 >> Such an uncomfortable amount of degrees.

11:13 >> And you don't want to be too close to

11:14 that red equator line cuz it's even

11:16 hotter when you're close to that fourth,

11:18 fifth, sixth spot. Two teams are going

11:20 to miss the Banana Ball Championship

11:22 League playoffs. If the season ended

11:23 today, the Animals would just etch their

11:26 way in. And I'll go out on a limb and

11:27 say, "And not any team in this league

11:29 wants to have to play the Party Animals

11:31 in the postseason." Correct. That is the

11:32 number one team in the Banana Ball

11:34 Championship League in OBP as well. The

11:36 animals have been oh so good. Party

11:38 Animals and Loco Beach Coconuts were

11:41 almost game time in a big league park.

11:59 Eric Offer.

12:03 >> Batting seven, the extra hitter. Number

12:06 11, Ashby Lining.

12:10 Batting eight, the second base number

12:13 seven, JD Erso.

12:18 Batting ninth, rocking triple twos,

12:22 Damington.

12:26 [cheering]

12:28 Battington the designated hitter number

12:31 four.

12:38 Starting on the mound number 20 out in

12:42 right field, Will Eridge.

12:50 The head coach for the Local Beach

12:52 Coconuts is Mark Croco. He's assisted by

12:54 Andy Morales and Anthony Mars. Heat.

12:57 Heat.

13:33 Give it up for the local beach coconuts.

13:37 [cheering]

13:45 Milwaukee,

13:48 I need you on [screaming]

13:51 your

13:53 feet.

13:59 Direct your attention to Left Feet.

14:01 They're the wildest, craziest, sexiest,

14:05 most outrageous group of animals you'll

14:07 ever lay your eyes on. And they're here

14:09 for just one reason. To [screaming]

14:13 party.

14:15 Make some noise

14:18 for the party

14:22 animal.

14:27 Gotcha. Can do.

14:39 What a scene it is in Milwaukee. The

14:42 party animals have just run out in front

14:44 of 41,000 that are on their feet. A

14:46 capacity crowd at the home of the NL

14:49 Central champion Milwaukee Brewers, but

14:52 they can't play the game alone. The Loco

14:54 Beach Coconuts are out there. And one of

14:56 their members, a former national

14:57 champion himself, JD Erso, his father,

14:59 the head coach at the University of

15:01 Tampa for [music] their baseball

15:02 program, just notched his third straight

15:05 ring. Matty Warren is fieldside. Talk

15:08 about

15:10 >> Drake. AJ, I don't know if you knew

15:12 this, but there's a little bit of a

15:13 connection, at least this weekend,

15:14 between Kerry, North Carolina, and

15:16 Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Because while JD

15:19 Erso was here being a part of history

15:21 for Banana Ball, your dad got to be a

15:23 part of Division 2 baseball history last

15:26 night. What was it like knowing that you

15:28 were a part of history here, but your

15:29 dad is doing something pretty cool last

15:31 night, too? Yeah, I mean just what a

15:33 dream come true for both of us to be

15:35 here personally getting ready to play in

15:37 front of, you know, however many fans at

15:39 Brewer Stadium. Like just little me

15:41 smiling for sure. And then also to know

15:44 my dad's chasing his dreams in Kerry

15:46 going for the repeat, which had never

15:48 been done before until now because they

15:50 got it done. I was watching the game on

15:52 my phone. It started 2:00 our time.

15:54 Wrapped up around 6:00 p. gym, got

15:57 ready, put the mindset on to go play

15:58 some banana ball and and went out and

16:00 got a coconut W, too. So, definitely a

16:02 special day for us.

16:04 >> Now, I want to set the scene a little

16:05 bit more. All the way back in 2025

16:07 because the sports world is just so

16:09 cool. In 2025, when you guys won your

16:11 closing pitcher, CJ Williams, you catch

16:14 and make the last out to win the

16:16 championship. Now, last night, you get

16:18 to play behind CJ Williams on this

16:20 field. How crazy is it to just see like

16:22 those full circle moments and to be able

16:24 to come into Banana Ball with somebody

16:25 that you've created such a cool memory

16:27 with before?

16:28 >> Yeah, it's amazing. The the memories me

16:30 and CJ are building together are just

16:32 incredible. And at Tampa, we really

16:34 preach family. And that's what it is.

16:36 When CJ's on that mount and I'm behind

16:38 him, it's like having your own brother

16:39 up there. And to be on this journey

16:41 together of, you know, traveling the the

16:44 country and impacting all these fans,

16:46 having CJ by my side just makes me feel

16:47 like I have my own brother there. I love

16:50 the kid. He is an amazing pitcher. I

16:52 have the most confidence when he's on

16:53 the mound and being behind him is just

16:55 an honor. But the uh the Spartan family

16:57 connection is definitely still there.

16:59 Now yesterday when you hit your double,

17:01 you brought a little bit of Tampa to

17:02 Milwaukee and in your uniform you bring

17:05 a little bit of some family history. Can

17:07 you talk about one your s that you had

17:09 on second base and then the meaning

17:10 behind why you wear the number seven?

17:12 >> Yeah, absolutely. So, you know, hit the

17:14 double yesterday and the only thing I

17:16 could think was to, you know, give a

17:17 little tribute to the boys who just won

17:19 it all at Tampa. So, I hit him with a

17:20 little UT. But, uh, the number seven

17:22 means everything to me. Uh, I'm named

17:24 after my dad. My dad actually accepted

17:27 the coaching job at Tampa the day after

17:29 I was born. And my whole life, he's been

17:31 my hero. He wears number seven. At the

17:33 University of Tampa, you cannot wear

17:34 that number because it is retired. So,

17:36 as soon as I got here, they asked what

17:38 number I wanted to wear. And it's pretty

17:40 easy answer. I wanted number seven and

17:41 to go represent him every day I'm on

17:43 that field.

17:44 >> Man, such a weekend for cool history.

17:46 So, I think we're going to just kind of

17:47 lay out here for a little bit. Bring a

17:49 little bit of Tampa to Milwaukee. Drake,

17:51 AJ, all you guys.

17:54 >> Thank you, Maddie. Thank you, JD Erso.

18:04 And behind the plate, he's our Love

18:06 Island superstar number five, Andy Cod

18:11 Gro.

18:16 And behind the plate, wearing number 30,

18:19 Troy Banks.

18:25 He's our designated everything number

18:28 40, Mark Spears. [screaming]

18:44 I just

19:00 get started. Five hours.

19:21 Give it up for your [screaming] party

19:23 animals

19:25 [cheering]

19:30 fans. If I can direct your attention

19:32 just to the right of the first base

19:34 dugout.

19:36 It is now time for what has become my

19:38 favorite pregame tradition prior to the

19:42 greatest party in sports. Because we all

19:45 know it ain't a party without a little

19:50 bottle service.

19:55 Meet our bottle service baby.

19:58 Fourmon-old

20:00 Bryce. Will Bryce take the bottle?

20:08 He took the bottle.

20:11 Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.

20:32 fans. Most ball games start off with a

20:34 ceremonial first pitch, but in case you

20:36 haven't noticed yet, this is not an

20:39 ordinary ball game in the party animal.

20:42 Instead, we prefer

20:52 A party the likes of Wisconsin has never

20:54 seen before. The animals in Loco Beach

20:56 Coconuts have taken over America's dairy

20:59 land for a twoame stint. This the final

21:02 game of the weekend, but it's not

21:05 baseball down on that field. No banana

21:07 ball. Here are the rules of the sport

21:09 from my boss, Jesse Cole, brought to you

21:12 by PNC Bank.

21:16 Banana Ball is the fastest and most

21:18 entertaining show in sports. And the 11

21:21 rules guarantee the most fans first

21:23 experience every second.

21:25 >> Unbelievable.

21:26 >> Welcome to the Banana Bowl championship

21:28 lead.

21:29 >> Rule number one, win the inning win the

21:32 point. The team that scores the most

21:34 runs in an inning wins the point.

21:35 >> It's a walk-off winner to the deepest

21:39 field.

21:39 >> Oh my goodness. With the equalizer

21:42 point, trick plays provide the away team

21:44 an opportunity to earn a point going

21:46 into the final inning. And in the final

21:48 inning, every run counts as a point.

21:51 Rule number two, Banana Ball has a 2hour

21:54 time limit, guaranteeing that every game

21:56 is fast-paced and action-packed. Rule

22:00 number three, no stepping out of the

22:02 batter's box. If you do, it will result

22:04 in a strike.

22:04 >> Max stepped out of the box and because

22:06 he stepped out of the box, that's it.

22:08 Rule number four, no bunting, cuz

22:11 bunting sucks. If you bunt, you'll be

22:14 thrown out of the game. Rule number

22:15 five, batters can steal first base.

22:18 >> Ball three, get taken off for first

22:19 throw from Leroy in time.

22:22 >> Rule number six, there's no walks. Walks

22:26 are ball four sprints. The batter can

22:28 advance as far as they want until every

22:30 position player touches the ball.

22:32 >> No defenders have touched the banana

22:34 ball. It is a four base spread to open

22:37 up the ball game.

22:38 >> Rule number seven, no mound visits.

22:42 >> Nope.

22:43 >> Rule number eight, foul balls caught by

22:45 a fan count as an out.

22:47 >> Oh, they did. They can't guard it on the

22:51 court. We're going to show

22:53 >> rule number nine, the showdowns. In

22:56 showdowns, the best of the best face off

22:58 in the biggest moment. One hitter verse

23:01 one pitcher with one fielder behind him.

23:04 And the hitter has to score.

23:05 >> Deep to right center. See you later.

23:10 >> Rule number 10, the banana ball

23:12 challenge rule gives the coaches and

23:14 you, the fans, a chance to impact a call

23:16 on the field. [cheering]

23:18 Rule number 11, the golden batter. Once

23:21 a game, each team can give any player in

23:23 a bat, regardless of the lineup. This

23:26 offers the biggest matchups on the

23:27 biggest stage.

23:29 >> Big on big.

23:31 Let's go. Let's go. Let's go.

23:34 >> Get out of here, ball. [screaming] That

23:37 thing had a family.

23:40 >> And those are the rules of banana ball.

23:47 >> Banana Ball rules keeps everything

23:49 exciting, which is great for the game.

23:51 PC Bank keeps everything boring, which

23:53 is great for your money. PC Bank,

23:55 brilliantly boring since 1865.

24:00 What are you doing, man? We're the party

24:03 crashers. We don't follow the rules.

24:07 >> Speak for yourself. I've been following

24:09 rules at PNC Bank and it made my money

24:12 the long way, baby. All right. Now, if

24:15 you want to continue watching Banana

24:17 Ball, keep stay tuned on the CW. Yeah.

24:20 Oh, yeah.

24:30 >> [music]

24:33 >> Hello to the YouTube of the world.

24:36 >> The pitchers mound.

24:39 My voice is like escape. You know,

24:41 honestly, my voice was kind of escaping

24:44 me yesterday, too.

24:46 >> Did you guys notice that? Like, you're

24:47 the everydayers. You're the ones who are

24:48 always here with us.

24:50 >> Are you mad at me? Please don't be mad

24:51 at me. Are they mad at me? Good thing

24:53 you've got me here.

24:55 >> Chad does have our producer Chad Ree,

24:57 which again the OG's know. Chad, does

24:59 have uh cough drops, which AJ denied

25:02 cough drops earlier because he said they

25:03 make you feel weird.

25:04 >> Yeah. Me too, YouTube. We

25:10 Okay. What does that have to do with the

25:11 cough drop thing? YouTube is a family.

25:14 Oh, look, the rules again. [laughter]

25:16 Cough drops destroyed my family, in case

25:19 you guys forgot the rules. Big cough

25:21 drops. Thankfully, here they are to

25:24 refresh

25:25 cuz this is obviously all of your first

25:27 times watching Banana Ball.

25:33 >> LA 0070 period sunglasses said, "Hey,

25:37 Drake and AJ sound good." Thank you.

25:41 >> You shouldn't have. Doris isn't mad.

25:44 Thank you. They're none of them are mad.

25:45 That's not good. Other They're mad at

25:47 me. I If you guys are ever mad at me,

25:49 you have to tell me. I'm using my I'm

25:51 using my Steve Kellogg's mad too. Gosh,

25:54 they're all mad. I'm using my uh normal

25:57 voice right now. I have to like turn

25:58 because my voice is gone. I have to turn

26:00 it back on for that. Welcome back to the

26:02 CW.

26:04 You do the same thing though.

26:08 Something like that. Like right now, I

26:09 feel like I can talk comfortably, not

26:11 have to do those. CW

26:15 >> This summer, did you catch that

26:16 yesterday?

26:18 >> Hold on. A new bombshell enters the

26:21 villa.

26:22 >> We have Pocono Progressive PNC Bank this

26:25 Tuesday on NXT. Oh, I've got a

26:28 Sullivan's Crossing read today. Oh, I

26:31 felt that in my loins.

26:37 >> Thank you guys for not being mad. I'm

26:39 about to welcome us all back. You know

26:41 what? Screw it. I want the rules again

26:43 for the third time. Give the YouTube

26:45 people the rules.

26:48 We should have Chad on a broadcast

26:51 headset just for the YouTube portions.

27:04 Back from Milwaukee, Drake Tol alongside

27:07 AJ Switech [music] on the CW as the Loco

27:10 Beach Coconuts play visitors to the

27:12 party animals tonight in a game that

27:14 will cap our twoame series in Wisconsin.

27:17 AJ, the place is already full and these

27:21 crowds have been topnotch. Drake, at 22

27:25 years old, I've been extremely fortunate

27:27 to have been to as many venues,

27:29 broadcast in as many places as I have,

27:31 and I've never been left speechless

27:33 until last night. The 41,000 came,

27:36 packed out the dome, and it was loud

27:38 from start to finish. Oh, and listen to

27:40 this. This place is about to go nuts.

27:44 Ear crushing.

27:48 as that tiny Todd. He is safe at home

27:51 plate with our ceremonial first home

27:54 run.

27:56 The scenes here in Milwaukee at American

28:00 Family Field.

28:04 The significance of a show with no

28:06 Savannah Bananas. The inventors, the

28:08 creators, the originators in this sport,

28:10 but the party animals, the second brand,

28:12 the second logo plays first fiddle.

28:17 for [cheering] a fantastic audience.

28:20 It's time to ensure they're ready.

28:25 >> The cast is ready. The players are

28:29 ready. And now it's time for you, the

28:32 fans, to get ready. So, we need everyone

28:35 who is able to get up out of your seats,

28:40 on your feet, and please help me welcome

28:44 tonight's fan warm-up leader, 7-year-old

28:47 Paisley.

28:49 [screaming]

28:54 All right, Paisley, here's how it's

28:56 going to go. Whatever you do, this whole

28:59 soldout stadium is going to do. Are you

29:04 ready?

29:05 >> Yeah.

29:05 >> Let's go.

29:10 >> We're going to start with some claps.

29:16 We're waving, baby.

29:23 >> Ooh. Bring it around,

29:30 >> Scuba.

29:37 Ah, jumping jacks

29:46 and some more claps, y'all. Everybody

29:51 give it up one more time for your fan

29:53 warm-up leader, Paisley. [screaming]

30:20 Ladies, gentlemen, boys and girls, and

30:25 parters from around the world, today You

30:28 and thousands of your friends here live

30:31 and millions more watching at home have

30:34 gathered here to witness something

30:36 beyond your wildest imagination.

30:39 From Sixth Street to Bourbon Street,

30:42 from Tampa Bay to Broadway, party people

30:45 come from across the globe to witness

30:48 this. This is not baseball. This is the

30:54 rage cage where the wildest, craziest,

30:58 sexiest players step into the gauntlet.

31:02 This is a game of the fans, by the fans,

31:05 and for the fans. But this is not your

31:09 granddad's pastime. This is not just

31:12 another day at the ballpark. This game

31:15 is baseball by birth, fruit by name, and

31:19 an absolute worldwide fan nomin

31:24 featuring Lil John.

31:28 This is the time for all 41,000

31:33 fans here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to get

31:37 on your feet and give me your voices.

31:45 >> [cheering]

31:47 >> Because this is the greatest party in

31:51 sports. Ladies and gentlemen, this is

31:56 Banana

32:00 Ball.

32:05 You know, it's time to meet the starting

32:06 lineup for your party animals. Coming

32:09 from between sections 103 and 104, the

32:11 catcher number five, Andy

32:16 Cosgrove

32:27 coming from Bernie Shelly,

32:31 the center fielder number X

32:39 Hampton

32:46 coming from between section 407 and 408

32:49 accompanied by today's designated

32:51 fielder Big B the right fielder Jake

32:56 Skull. Oh, [screaming and groaning]

33:03 coming from between sections 232 and

33:06 233, the designated hitter, number

33:08 three, TJ

33:11 Reed.

33:18 killing it from between sections 209 and

33:20 210. The first baseman, number two,

33:24 Jason [screaming]

33:35 from between sections 435 and 437. The

33:38 short stop number 11, Chase.

33:55 Coming from between sections 421 and

33:57 423, the extra hitter number four,

34:01 Tanner Tinder

34:04 Thomas.

34:10 Coming from between sections 117 and

34:12 118, the lethal number 12, New

34:18 Fisher

34:26 on top of the third base dugout, today's

34:29 third baseman, number eight, Bryson

34:40 on top of the first base dugout. He

34:43 wears 407

34:45 M

34:47 Ballard.

34:56 Coming from the first base dugout

34:59 tunnel, today's starting pitcher,

35:03 number 22, [screaming]

35:06 Piscel Peter

35:09 Holden.

35:14 >> The head coach for the party animals is

35:15 Mike Ba, the basics.

35:17 >> What an atmosphere.

35:19 The greatest party in sports has

35:22 arrived. And when we return, it's first

35:24 pitch in the Banana Bowl Championship

35:26 League between the Party Animals and

35:29 Loco [music] Beach Cocuts live on the

35:32 CW.

35:44 >> All right, YouTube. We're going to go

35:45 rules in five [laughter]

35:48 Wisconsin.

35:50 >> More rules. More rules.

35:55 Say

36:00 [singing]

36:01 by the dawn early

36:06 light.

36:10 But so proudly

36:13 we held

36:17 at the twilight

36:20 last

36:26 stripes and bright stars

36:33 through the perilous

36:39 >> [singing]

36:40 >> or the ramparts

36:44 we watched

36:48 were so gallently

36:51 [singing]

36:52 stream

36:55 [crying]

37:01 [screaming]

37:02 the bombs bursting

37:07 in air

37:10 gave proof

37:13 through the night [singing]

37:17 that our flame

37:21 was still there.

37:28 Oh, say does that [singing] star

37:34 spangled

37:37 B

37:40 yet

37:46 for the land

37:49 of the free.

37:52 Thank you.

38:03 My goodness, [music]

38:05 look at this crowd. Not a seat empty.

38:09 And they are all on their feet.

38:14 For a sport just a few years old. Banana

38:18 ball

38:20 taking over America's pastime for the

38:22 weekend at the home of the Milwaukee

38:23 Braves.

38:26 Brewers.

38:28 It's the second time this weekend.

38:32 Where else would you rather be? The Loco

38:35 Beach Coconuts, the party animals, swag

38:37 surf with 41,000 of their closest

38:39 friends. And we welcome you back into

38:41 the broadcast booth and say hello. Drake

38:44 toll with you alongside the broadcast

38:46 entertainer for Loco Beach, AJ Switech.

38:48 AJ chills, full body chills at a

38:52 building, a venue, a moment like this.

38:55 American Family Field has showed up now

38:57 backto-back days. This is the first ever

38:59 headlining series at an MLB ballpark

39:01 without the Savannah Bananas. I don't

39:03 want that to get lost in the sauce at

39:04 all today because it's an honor to be

39:06 here with the Party Animals for history,

39:08 the first of its kind. And if last night

39:11 was any indication, this place is going

39:12 to be loud. It's going to be rocking and

39:14 they're ready for banana ball. and

39:17 they're ready to meet the starting

39:19 lineups. Let's introduce you to the

39:20 defense of the party animals. To start

39:22 it, it's Chase AUP at shortstop that

39:25 paces the unit in trick plays.

39:28 One of the trickiest in the sport. AUP

39:30 with 52 of them in 2026. You'll notice

39:33 Reese Hampton 31. That's the most of any

39:35 outfielder you'll see in today's ball

39:37 game.

39:39 And that defense

39:41 lines up to backup Andy Cosgrove who's

39:44 catching for pistol Peter Holden, the

39:47 big lefty in his third season in banana

39:49 ball at 6'5, 215 lbs at a Vero Beach,

39:53 Florida. A North Florida product whose

39:55 fast ball runs 88 to 91 mph.

39:59 But it's a slider and change up he uses

40:02 for crisp, clean strikeout stuff. Pete

40:05 making his first start of this campaign

40:09 after 16 relief appearances in 2026.

40:13 He'll try his hand against Loco Beach.

40:15 One of the best lineups the sport has to

40:17 offer. Yeah, that pistol better be fully

40:19 loaded to find your way through 10

40:20 rounds of Loco Beach. This lineup is

40:22 going to hit you hard and fast. Ben

40:24 Parker, Tanner Allen, Dane Toofflin. The

40:26 three do up in the top of the first

40:28 against Dylan Porter. Loco Beach last

40:31 night 12 runs, 16 hits. Everyone got in

40:34 on the plate party. It's a very similar

40:36 look today, but I've got my eyes at Da

40:38 Bonitez in the nine hole getting the

40:40 start. Sal Jacobo will play the field

40:42 for, but Bonitez will get that bat early

40:44 in this one. And you can expect this

40:46 place to erupt.

40:47 >> Yeah, those batting averages are not

40:49 typos. Loco Beach, the best in the

40:52 Banana Ball Championship League. It's

40:54 time to start that two-hour time limit.

40:55 Can you take curse?

41:01 >> Milwaukee.

41:02 The moment you have been waiting for has

41:05 arrived. It is time to kick off the

41:08 greatest party in sports. We're going to

41:12 start the patented banana ball 2-hour

41:15 time limit clock. And to do that, we're

41:17 going to count it down. But instead of

41:19 zero, I need each and every one of you

41:22 to yell, "Start the party as loud as you

41:26 can." Here we go. Three, two, one,

41:34 >> showtime.

41:37 We are underway. No new inning can begin

41:40 once that clock hits zero. Live from

41:43 American Family Field, the home of the

41:45 Milwaukee Brewers, the party animals and

41:47 loco beach coconuts. Let's play banana

41:49 ball.

41:52 Ben Parker leads things off. The boys in

41:54 teal Mountain View, California kid.

41:59 Pumps, rolls over to Bryson Bloomer at

42:01 third base. Count it. Trick play for the

42:03 party animals.

42:05 >> Ideal start for the defending champions.

42:07 One out, one trick play. And only two

42:09 pitches needed from Dylan Porter to get

42:11 rid of the league's leader in on base

42:13 percentage. Ben pumps Parker

42:18 with Parker retired. Here comes Tanner

42:20 Allen. He was two for four last night

42:22 and worked a ball four sprint as well.

42:24 Takes one way outside from pistol Peter

42:27 Holden.

42:30 Control has been one of the bugaboos for

42:32 Pete this year. 15 innings pitched, 10

42:35 sprints as you saw just a moment ago.

42:38 In banana ball, there are no walks.

42:41 After ball four,

42:43 >> the batter can advance as far as he'd

42:45 like until the entire defense touches

42:47 the ball as home umpire Vincent Chapman

42:50 dances through the paint.

43:02 TA that hit him.

43:07 Allen.

43:10 >> Oh, that cannot feel good.

43:12 >> Yeah. Still crunched down.

43:15 >> Got him on that lead wrist.

43:17 >> Yep.

43:20 >> Tanner Allen, former national player of

43:22 the year.

43:22 >> He's still nursing it right now at home

43:24 plate.

43:27 >> Finally walking toward first. Neither

43:30 team trainer came out of the dugouts, so

43:32 it looks like Allen's going to be okay.

43:37 >> Guy's tough as nails. He was drafted in

43:39 three consecutive MLB drafts by three

43:41 different big league clubs. National

43:43 champion with Mississippi State.

43:46 Takes a lot to get TA out of a game.

43:50 >> No team has hit more batters than the

43:52 Party Animals. That's number 37 this

43:54 year. The Clowns second in the league at

43:57 29. That's a healthy gap.

44:01 into right field for Dane Toofflin. John

44:04 Howard Boowbo behind the back. Big bow.

44:07 Count it.

44:09 There's one of Banana Ball's unique

44:11 rules on display quickly. The designated

44:13 fielder, John Howard Boowbo out there in

44:16 place of Jake Skull. Skull will bat for

44:18 him. Bobo gets to play defense. And

44:20 that's a big advantage when you have a

44:21 guy who's able to do that. And right.

44:23 Here comes Jordan Brewer,

44:26 Michigan man drafted in the third round

44:28 by the Houston Astros. 5-year minor

44:29 leaguer after winning Big 10 player of

44:32 the year.

44:35 You mentioned Bobo being out in right.

44:36 Skull dealing with some discomfort lower

44:38 body in the lineup to hit.

44:42 Just extreme caution that puts Bobo in

44:44 right.

44:46 Brewer left field for the fans.

44:50 Any foul ball that is caught cleanly

44:52 today from American Family Field will be

44:54 an out. One of those patented rules of

44:57 Banana Ball. This one falls harmless to

44:59 the ground.

45:05 Brewer wise take low and it's 2-1.

45:16 Peter Holden in his first start of the

45:19 year looking for a zero in the first.

45:24 Two-2 with two down.

45:27 Brewer up the gut.

45:30 TA wants third. He's got third. They're

45:32 on the corners for Loco Beach. Tanner

45:35 Allen was just shot out of it. Cannon.

45:37 He got a really good jump on that bat

45:39 ball. Those 90 ft make a big difference.

45:44 That's how far Allen now is from scoring

45:46 with Gideon Antel, the team's most

45:47 clutch bat statistically. Now stepping

45:50 into the righty's box.

45:52 >> Antel, a mid- American Conference

45:54 product out of Ohio. Seven for 10 this

45:57 season in the ninth inning. 375 his

45:59 average on the full campaign.

46:02 >> He was 1 for three last night. The ball

46:05 for sprint. Couple of RBI's as well.

46:12 200

46:16 Antel

46:18 into the crowd and they can't come up

46:19 with it. Thought that was going to go

46:21 into the beer guys bucket.

46:25 >> This complex is known for foul balls in

46:27 the press box. Heads up.

46:32 I think you're the one who needs to keep

46:33 a heads up after last weekend.

46:35 >> I got so close.

46:37 >> Had a chance. 3-1. Peter can't lose him.

46:42 He does. Ball four sprint

46:46 >> brings home a run for Loco Beach. The

46:49 Animals got a late jump on the ball four

46:51 sprint defense. They bobble it and

46:53 Brewer will round third and head home

46:56 scoring from first base.

46:59 Awkward. It looked like Antel either

47:01 thought he got hit or was unaware it was

47:03 ball four. He just stood there. And now

47:06 Loco Beach wants to celebrate.

47:12 Do do they

47:32 think I get it? The green and yellow

47:35 chili peppers were insufficient. [music]

47:38 You color blind to begin the bit of the

47:41 red hot chili pepper that Kaden Bowler

47:44 was going for.

47:45 >> Cool. You color blind?

47:46 >> No, those were the colors. There was not

47:48 a green pepper. Really? It's yellow and

47:51 orange. I'm finding out for the first

47:53 time that I am color blind. Welcome to

47:55 the CW. Thank you.

48:00 I am finding out for the first time that

48:02 we are on the CW.

48:05 >> Welcome to Colorblind Life.

48:09 the Sullivan's crossing CW.

48:13 >> And welcome to Big League Ballparks,

48:14 Eric Osberg. That gets the batting

48:16 average back over the 250 hump for a guy

48:18 who played seven years of affiliated

48:20 ball. Last two in Independent [music]

48:22 Ball where he led the American

48:23 Association in doubles with Milwaukee's

48:25 own Milkman. He's replaced on the bases

48:28 by Armani Henderson.

48:31 >> And it's going to be a crooked number

48:32 here in the first inning for Loco Beach

48:34 against Peter Holden.

48:42 And Mark Crocco's squad add more damage.

48:46 >> Ashby Binding was one for five a day

48:49 ago. Still had two RBI on his game.

48:58 Vining well hit into center. Reese

49:02 Hampton underneath it. Retires the seven

49:05 hole Vinding. Not before Loco Beach

49:08 strikes for a crooked number.

49:10 >> That's a ball that if the dome was

49:12 closed all the way, may get out, but

49:14 it's only open on the left side of the

49:15 yard. Stalled up, didn't have the

49:17 backspin it needed to leave. Good swing

49:18 from Ashby Vining. His offense put up

49:20 two. Now the defense surrounds the hill

49:23 for Will Ethridge. Looking to secure a

49:25 quick point for Loco Beach. Identical to

49:28 what you saw last night. The only

49:30 difference, Eric Osber going to catch

49:31 with his battery mate, Will Ethridge.

49:33 The two longtime professionals are a

49:35 package deal on the hill and behind

49:37 [music] the plate. Speaking of Will

49:39 Ethridge, he has been absolutely stellar

49:42 since stepping into his starting role.

49:44 Him and Eric Osberg rarely surrender

49:46 points. The earned run average 5.56

49:48 continues to drop. It doesn't tell the

49:49 full story. He's yet to be credited for

49:51 a loss on the book.

49:55 He will square off against those party

49:57 animals.

50:00 A dominant lineup led by Andy Cosgro,

50:03 the rookie of the year in 2025. Reese

50:05 Hampton behind him. Jake Skull will bat

50:08 third.

50:11 Cosgrove, contrary to popular belief,

50:14 batting 256 this season. He is batting

50:18 zero so far today.

50:21 But Hampton behind him, still looking to

50:23 catch on in his 2026 campaign. Skull was

50:26 the MVP last year. His numbers are very

50:28 similar to what he did a season ago out

50:31 of any yard to reach. TJ Reeves, just a

50:34 rookie, is batting .405.

50:36 >> Andy Cosg Gro, one of us.

50:39 >> According your TVs at home, you're doing

50:41 just as well as the rookie of the year.

50:42 >> Me and Andy Cosgrove, huh?

50:44 >> One of us.

50:44 >> Same batting average.

50:46 >> Animals.

50:51 >> Need to strike for two to tie the

50:53 inning. Three to win it. Otherwise, Loco

50:56 Beach will take point number one in this

50:57 game. Sport of Banana Ball. Every inning

51:00 counts as a point. Win the inning, get

51:02 the point.

51:05 The only way to add points outside of

51:08 such is the equalizer. And then the

51:10 final inning where every run counts as a

51:13 point.

51:14 Cosgrove

51:17 deep to left field. Andy Cosgrove off

51:20 the base of the wall.

51:23 Huh. That's the longest single you'll

51:24 ever see. Cosgrove got caught admiring

51:27 it and he knows it.

51:28 >> He pimped a single. There's no way

51:30 around that. Andy Cosgrove stopped and

51:32 watched that thing fly. Thought it was

51:34 out of the yard.

51:35 >> Oh no.

51:36 >> And it's a single

51:40 >> right off the Xini Espresso Martini

51:43 side. I like the sounds of that. Reese

51:46 Hampton into left.

51:49 Allen back in underneath it. So now Mark

51:52 Smith, the designated runner in at first

51:54 base. If he can swipe second, it'll make

51:57 it up for Cosg Gro's mistake.

52:00 >> Does that mean Andy Cosg Gro's batting a

52:02 thousand now by the way?

52:03 >> Correct. Yes. You and I are no longer in

52:05 the same category as Andy Cosgrove. I

52:07 don't think I've ever been in the same

52:08 category as Jake goal. Guy's a specimen.

52:12 Mentioned it. Not playing the field

52:14 today, just using the bat. But the bat

52:17 is mighty valuable on its own. You see

52:18 his stats on your screen.

52:21 >> Roswell, Georgia guy. Skull was a first

52:24 round draft pick in 2010 to the Texas

52:26 Rangers, 15th overall.

52:29 >> Went on to play college football at the

52:31 University of Georgia after an

52:32 illustrious minor league career.

52:39 On that topic of minor leagues, Will

52:41 Ethridge,

52:43 four years in affiliated ball.

52:47 These are two guys who had big league

52:48 aspirations and now find themselves in a

52:50 soldout big league ballpark.

52:57 >> Ah, bring a glove skull right back to

53:01 toward the broadcast booth

53:04 and fans can't come up with it.

53:09 It's one two to the MVP.

53:21 Two balls, two strikes with one down and

53:24 the designated runner off of first base,

53:26 Mark Smith. Ethridge

53:28 fires out to Skull. If there's one thing

53:31 you point out for Ethridge, he could

53:32 improve on a a hair. 22 and 2/3 innings

53:36 pitched, 13 ball, four sprints.

53:43 Skull up the middle. Jacobo's there.

53:46 There's one. Make it two.

53:49 >> The former party animal secures a first

53:51 inning point for Loco Beach. It comes

53:53 with a trick play to boot and a big one.

53:55 Let's go Loco, baby. The Coconuts pick

53:57 it up where they left off between the

53:59 legs. 6-3 double play. It's a one-

54:02 nothing ball game as we head to the

54:04 second on the CW.

54:08 Hey YouTube.

54:10 Man, I am chowing down on cough drops.

54:12 And the problem with eating cough drops.

54:15 >> Oh, we have baby race.

54:17 >> Please welcome to the field Rocco,

54:19 Ardan, Leroy, Eleanor, Gigi, Miller,

54:22 Maven, Amamira, Brinley, Henry, and Ree.

54:25 >> Poco now.

54:25 >> Our fearless competitors are a moment

54:28 away from glory. Parents, ready,

54:34 >> set,

54:36 >> go.

54:38 And they're off

54:39 >> to the other side.

54:40 >> The babies,

54:42 similar to Pocono Raceway, making their

54:45 way toward the finish line.

54:49 Roughly 18 paces away from where they

54:52 need

54:55 to crawl.

54:57 And they're going nowhere.

55:01 One of them is going backward. One of

55:03 them is pointing backward. And here

55:05 comes Dirty Diaper.

55:08 sideways.

55:11 >> The one on the

55:13 far left that is the closest on your

55:15 screen. Flailing.

55:19 Here comes that baby.

55:22 There are two of them.

55:25 They're inching nearer and nearer.

55:31 Here they come.

55:34 It is between the two of them.

55:39 It's less of a crawl and more of a

55:42 rhythmic hop.

55:46 >> That baby

55:48 so close to glory.

55:55 This was never close. The competitor has

55:58 given up. Is a breakaway

56:01 and it is over. That baby wins.

56:11 Saturday, the tricky triangle is calling

56:14 as the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series

56:16 takes on the high speeds of Pocono

56:18 Raceway. Don't miss a second of pure raw

56:21 racing from Pocono next Saturday at 3:30

56:24 p.m. Eastern, 12:30 p.m. Pacific, only

56:26 on the CW. And you're seeing the banana

56:29 ball version of Pocono just in front of

56:32 you as that baby.

56:34 Competition far behind 18 lengths crawls

56:39 toward victory.

56:41 It was truly never close. Shades of

56:46 Pocono Raceway live from American Family

56:48 Field, the home of the Milwaukee

56:50 Brewers.

56:52 Glory.

56:54 Drink toll alongside AJ Swit. The party

56:57 animals taking on the Loco Beach

56:58 Coconuts and Peter Holden out for his

57:00 second inning of work.

57:02 Fires home a strike

57:04 facing the eight hole. JD Erso.

57:10 Erso to Bloomer between the legs.

57:13 Bloomer. Trick play. Count it. But what

57:15 a 24 hours it's been for the Erso

57:17 family. Really special for JD and his

57:19 father. First ever coach to three Pete.

57:21 But there's a hot new bombshell entering

57:23 the villa. Her name is D. Bonitez and

57:27 it's signature walk up time for one of

57:29 the faces of this franchise.

57:50 Here

58:05 she is.

58:08 Da Bonitez [cheering]

58:10 getting the crowd up.

58:14 That's loud. AJ,

58:17 that is what that is. Yes, Drake

58:19 recorded her first hit against the party

58:21 animals in her hometown Las Vegas

58:24 now. Mano Mano with Peter Holden.

58:31 Bonitez a big hack and a miss. Count

58:33 evens at one ball and one strike

58:40 today out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

58:45 Down one, two.

58:48 The fans can retire Bonitez.

58:52 And they do not. As clear a shot as

58:54 anybody.

58:56 But the guy in the gray comes up empty.

58:59 Still one two.

59:03 Counts even.

59:10 Vitz to Bloomer. Bloomer. His third

59:13 trick play of the game already. Count

59:15 it.

59:17 >> Today Bonitez embodies fans first about

59:20 as well as anybody. She's a fan favorite

59:22 for Loco Beach for a reason. Always out

59:24 signing until everyone gets her

59:26 autograph,

59:28 inspiring so many worldwide. But Bonitez

59:32 has sat down there from Bryson Bloomer,

59:34 who's made it a four trick play

59:35 advantage for the Party Animals.

59:40 Brent Carson 0 for two yesterday.

59:42 Asheville, Ohio product.

59:45 Came to Banana Ball as a member of the

59:46 Texas Tailgator in 2025.

59:56 Became a wellrecoognized face of that

59:58 franchise. Was picked up in the 2026

1:00:00 Banana Ball Championship League draft of

1:00:02 the Loco Beach Coconuts.

1:00:04 >> Changing uniforms for his sophomore

1:00:06 campaign as Peter Holden right back to

1:00:08 him. Count it. Another

1:00:12 trick play for the party animals

1:00:14 defense. Get a second look, Peter. The

1:00:17 reflexes on the money and pistol Pete. A

1:00:20 clean second inning. Needed that. An

1:00:23 efficient second inning at that. 2

1:00:26 minutes and 5 seconds for Peter Holden.

1:00:29 >> Do you see that? Oh no.

1:00:31 >> Not Not the 41,000, but today's date is

1:00:34 67 for more. Here's Sam Bon. Yo, Drake

1:00:39 AJ, what is good my boys? It's our day.

1:00:43 We've been waiting for this. 67.

1:00:47 Hold up. 67.

1:00:50 >> 67. Sam, aren't you 43 this year?

1:00:54 >> No. 37. 37 is me, guys. 6. Come here

1:00:57 real quick. Yeah. Lean up here. What?

1:00:59 Why aren't we doing 67? [cheering]

1:01:02 >> It's too old. It's still 2024.

1:01:05 >> It's 2024. That's when that was cool.

1:01:10 2020 there wasn't anything. All right.

1:01:11 So, what's new then if it's not 67

1:01:16 [cheering]

1:01:18 >> scuba? Does that What date is scuba?

1:01:20 When do we do that? When do we celebrate

1:01:21 scuba?

1:01:22 >> Every single day.

1:01:24 >> We celebrate scuba every single day.

1:01:26 67's dead. I don't think I'm cool

1:01:28 anymore.

1:01:30 >> Drake AJ, whatever, man. Scuba,

1:01:33 >> I think you're cool, Sam.

1:01:34 >> Yeah, thanks.

1:01:35 >> Thank you, Sam. And to be clear, World

1:01:37 Reef Awareness Day is celebrated on June

1:01:40 1st. So you just missed scuba day.

1:01:42 You're about six

1:01:45 7 days off.

1:01:50 Okay,

1:01:52 TJ Reeves

1:01:54 one swing away from winning the inning

1:01:56 for the Animals. Banana ball. Every

1:01:58 inning counts as a point. Party animals

1:02:00 are one big blast away

1:02:03 from tying the ball game.

1:02:05 >> Still waiting for our first home run of

1:02:07 the series here at American Family

1:02:08 Field. We've seen just about all the

1:02:10 other fireworks you could ask for.

1:02:14 Reeves a wise take.

1:02:19 We do have 6,700

1:02:22 viewers on YouTube right now. That would

1:02:24 be

1:02:26 6700.

1:02:29 6700

1:02:37 swing and a miss

1:02:40 and she going to call me baby boo. Will

1:02:43 Ethridge gets his first punch out of the

1:02:45 game. It comes against the rookie of the

1:02:47 year candidate TJ Reeves. Reeves had the

1:02:49 coconuts number a weekend ago. Today

1:02:52 he's down on strikes to start the finale

1:02:55 here in Milwaukee.

1:02:59 Now Jason Swan

1:03:03 >> Swanie no home runs on his year. It's

1:03:07 been a season of contact

1:03:10 in his 106 plate appearances. Just five

1:03:12 strikeouts.

1:03:17 >> Hit ball hard. That's what he does. But

1:03:19 Loco Beach has got a guy there. Jordan

1:03:21 Brewer trick play. It's the first trick

1:03:24 play of the outing for the Loco Beach

1:03:26 defense. It's now a 4-1 deficit. Lead

1:03:28 the game one- nothing. But as the

1:03:30 visiting team, the Coconuts have a

1:03:31 chance to tack on another point via the

1:03:33 the league's fresh rule here in 2026,

1:03:36 the equalizer point.

1:03:41 Chase Aub

1:03:43 chosen the last chance

1:03:48 here in the second for Mike Vases in

1:03:50 company.

1:03:55 left side and through for a base hit.

1:03:58 Second hit of the game for the Animals

1:04:00 to their first six batters. Nothing to

1:04:03 show for it.

1:04:05 But Tanner Thomas 0 for three yesterday

1:04:09 can revive to the mean today. Batting

1:04:12 303 on the year

1:04:16 and his teammates are in need of a big

1:04:18 knock.

1:04:24 I want to take a moment to appreciate

1:04:26 what we just saw from Chase Auff. I

1:04:27 mean, this league has a myriad of

1:04:29 superstar shorts stops. He may be at the

1:04:31 top of that list right now. Now, hitting

1:04:32 375

1:04:34 just penciling the ball where the

1:04:36 defense isn't on a consistent basis.

1:04:40 Thomas

1:04:41 to the fans

1:04:44 that bobble.

1:04:46 Yeah, you know, the trick play numbers

1:04:49 aren't top in the league for AUP, but at

1:04:51 the plate, he's the best short stop

1:04:53 we've got.

1:04:57 Swinging a miss for Thomas. Ethridge

1:05:01 gets out of a minor jam and it is still

1:05:04 one- nothing Loco Beach. Will Ethridge

1:05:07 is getting scary as this season's moved

1:05:10 forward. He's gotten better and better

1:05:13 and better. The longtime pro baseball

1:05:16 player keeps the animals at bay. It's

1:05:18 two nothing coconuts as we head down to

1:05:20 the field.

1:05:21 >> Animal history. We are offering open

1:05:25 bar. [screaming]

1:05:26 >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,

1:05:27 whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. AJ,

1:05:30 >> what?

1:05:31 >> Not that kind of open bar.

1:05:50 Heat.

1:06:07 Heat.

1:06:37 fans. Give it up for Tyson from the

1:06:39 Party Siders and the Hooligan.

1:06:44 The Hooligans, AJ,

1:06:47 some of my favorite cast members in the

1:06:49 sport of banana ball making their debut

1:06:51 in 2026.

1:06:53 And already a stalwart of the sport.

1:06:57 There's another stalwart. Emphasis on

1:06:59 wart. Sean Fluke is in the game to

1:07:02 pitch.

1:07:07 >> Oh, that one looks like it got Andy

1:07:09 Cosgrove on the bare hand.

1:07:12 Good news is he gives a thumbs up saying

1:07:14 he's all right. And it gives Vincent

1:07:15 Chapman Yeah. a chance to uh do what he

1:07:18 does best.

1:07:21 >> Gave him a chance. He chose not to dance

1:07:23 still.

1:07:24 >> Oh man, these party animals just love to

1:07:27 hit batters, man.

1:07:28 >> Fluke comes in and hits Ben Parker at 6,

1:07:32 seven miles an hour.

1:07:33 >> Correct.

1:07:34 >> Parker does not feel that one bit. I

1:07:36 guarantee it. He laughed going up the

1:07:38 line.

1:07:38 >> Yep. Yeah. Delayed reaction. Cosg Gro.

1:07:42 It may have been Parker's bat swinging

1:07:45 back around

1:07:46 that clipped Cosg Gro in the hand.

1:07:49 >> I think you're right about that. And

1:07:50 then Parker ended up getting a hit on

1:07:52 the very next pitch. So,

1:07:54 >> need some band-aids.

1:07:56 >> That's Fluke backing up his catcher

1:07:57 right there with 67 miles on the

1:08:00 curveball right off a bicep.

1:08:01 >> Fluke just gave it to you.

1:08:03 >> I'm not sure if Parker even felt that

1:08:05 one.

1:08:09 Tanner Allen right field.

1:08:13 Big bow back. John Howard Boowbo behind

1:08:16 the back. Count it. And a water cannon

1:08:20 in from right field. Take a bow. Big

1:08:23 Bobo.

1:08:25 Holds Ben Parker the fastest coconut on

1:08:27 first base and adds a trick play. Make

1:08:29 it 5-1 the advantage for the party

1:08:31 animals in the trick play category.

1:08:34 >> Tell you a bit more about Shawn Fluke.

1:08:36 Hudson, Florida guy. 6'4, 243 lbs.

1:08:42 The righty is a former elevator repair

1:08:46 man in the Tampa area. Turn exterminator

1:08:49 Chase Auff. Look what I found.

1:08:52 >> Johnny on the spot. It's a well- hit

1:08:53 ball from Dane Toofflin. Early this

1:08:56 year, it felt like that would have no

1:08:57 matter what got through, but instead Big

1:09:00 Timber back to the dugout. Chase staying

1:09:02 busy on both sides of the stone.

1:09:06 Full swing bunt from Brewer. Fluke trick

1:09:09 play. Sean Fluke, count it.

1:09:14 And the taunt. He said, "You're not fast

1:09:17 enough."

1:09:18 Zero on the board in the third for the

1:09:20 Loco Beach Coconuts at the hand of Shawn

1:09:22 Fluke. Can the animals tie the game when

1:09:25 we come back on the CW?

1:09:36 As we cate our hometown heroes of the

1:09:40 day,

1:09:43 we thank you for your service and

1:09:45 commitment to our great country.

1:09:50 to our police officers,

1:09:55 to our firefighters,

1:09:59 to our nurses,

1:10:02 [cheering]

1:10:04 to our EMS workers,

1:10:08 to our dispatchers,

1:10:12 and to our school teachers.

1:10:19 The party animals in coconut say

1:10:22 thank you.

1:11:27 championship is on the line and the

1:11:29 challenger will stop at nothing to take

1:11:30 it. Tune in for what is sure to be a

1:11:32 ruthless, hard-hitting, non-stop

1:11:33 showdown. WWE NXT, Tuesday at 8:7

1:11:37 central, right here on the CW.

1:11:41 Will Ethridge

1:11:44 will face Noah Fiser. Fish batting out

1:11:46 of the eight hole today, making his

1:11:48 first appearance of the weekend.

1:11:57 Fiser,

1:11:59 a Northern Kentucky Norse product in his

1:12:03 junior season in banana ball. Joined the

1:12:05 sport in 2024

1:12:08 alongside names like Bronson Ballholm

1:12:10 and Daltton Pon among others.

1:12:13 Ethridge goes trick pitch low.

1:12:32 may be confused by the 3-2 count. There

1:12:35 were two pitches thrown during the

1:12:36 commercial break. Trust me, wasn't my

1:12:39 fault.

1:12:41 Noah Fischer

1:12:44 near the stands off the net.

1:12:48 You're one of the only people I know who

1:12:49 always has to point out when it's

1:12:51 everyone else's fault.

1:12:52 >> I didn't tell.

1:12:53 >> When was the last time something was

1:12:54 your fault?

1:12:55 >> There were fans at home wondering how

1:12:56 did the count get. Is the count really

1:12:58 3-2? The answer is yes. Somehow we got

1:13:00 through two pitches.

1:13:01 >> It's cuz you're pushing buttons again.

1:13:03 >> Correct.

1:13:05 >> After my fifth a drill, this is what I

1:13:07 see. This is what happens.

1:13:09 Fisher way underneath it into right

1:13:11 field. Trick play opportunity for Antel.

1:13:14 pops it up in the hat of JD Erso. Two

1:13:18 trick plays for the Loco Beach Coconuts

1:13:20 and five benadrils for Drake Tol. How

1:13:22 about it? The hatman coming off of

1:13:24 second base. JD Erso to secure it for a

1:13:27 double trick play that pulls that fight

1:13:30 a little bit closer. Keeps the bases

1:13:31 vacant for Will Ethridge.

1:13:33 >> And it does count as a trick play if

1:13:34 your hand is up underneath

1:13:37 the the soft part of the hat. We should

1:13:39 probably find a word for the soft part

1:13:40 of the hat.

1:13:43 I don't I don't know if there is one. As

1:13:46 Will Ethridge calls in his defense,

1:13:48 wants to have a conversation or or maybe

1:13:50 he just wants to dance.

1:13:52 Either will work. Throwing a strike here

1:13:55 is a really bad idea.

1:14:00 Who has the ball?

1:14:03 >> Will Aren.

1:14:04 >> It looks like he does have the ball.

1:14:05 Yeah.

1:14:11 >> So, what was that?

1:14:16 Yes, that was one of the dances of all

1:14:19 time.

1:14:25 That guy caught it. [cheering]

1:14:29 That guy shirtless

1:14:32 just retired Bryson Bloomer,

1:14:36 the 10th fielder in the backwards hat.

1:14:44 with the frosted tips

1:14:47 just made an out in today's ball game.

1:14:51 And Will Ethridge fired up. He was

1:14:52 blowing him kisses. He was screaming.

1:14:54 It's got to help a pitcher's confidence

1:14:56 when anytime a ball goes into the

1:14:58 stands, you know there's a chance that

1:14:59 you're getting an out on a fan's behalf.

1:15:04 >> Mikey Ballard ahead 200.

1:15:07 >> Fans could do it on back-to-back

1:15:09 batters.

1:15:11 They do not

1:15:13 >> just ticketed for the seats. Bringing a

1:15:15 glove.

1:15:21 Mikey is way ahead. 3-1. The rookie in

1:15:25 the 10 hole today.

1:15:30 Ballard center field. Then Parker going

1:15:32 back. Has plenty of room for it. Parker

1:15:34 makes the grab.

1:15:36 Three innings of zero run work for Will

1:15:40 Aric. He looks crisp on the bump.

1:15:42 Comfortable as they come.

1:15:44 >> It's time to throw to the field to Key

1:15:47 Lamb.

1:15:51 [music]

1:15:52 >> Key Lamb.

1:15:54 >> Across the United States, there are over

1:15:57 400,000 children and teens in foster

1:16:00 care without a permanent home. Look

1:16:02 around. That's enough to fill American

1:16:04 Family Field. 10 times with the number

1:16:07 of children currently experiencing care.

1:16:09 To raise awareness and support this

1:16:11 community, we created Bananas Foster,

1:16:14 the official nonprofit of Banana Ball.

1:16:17 Our organization is dedicated to

1:16:18 celebrating those in the foster care

1:16:20 community while educating and inspiring

1:16:23 others to get involved. Today, we are

1:16:26 celebrating the Jabber Wilson family.

1:16:28 From her career in social work, Leslie

1:16:31 learned of the critical need for foster

1:16:33 homes in her community. So in 1995,

1:16:36 alongside her husband Kevin, they became

1:16:39 licensed foster parents. This family is

1:16:42 fierce advocates for reunification and

1:16:45 maintaining connections with the

1:16:47 biological families of the kiddos in

1:16:49 their care. Over the last 31 years, the

1:16:53 Jabber Wilson family has welcomed a

1:16:55 total of 110

1:16:58 children and teens into their home.

1:17:03 fans, please join us in celebrating this

1:17:06 amazing family for making a difference

1:17:08 right here in your community.

1:17:42 Banana Ball on the CW is brought to you

1:17:44 by Progressive Insurance, a Grand Slam

1:17:47 for your budget. Visit progressive.com.

1:17:50 >> [cheering]

1:17:51 >> Speaking of grand slams, the rookie TJ

1:17:54 Reeves hit the first Grand Slam in

1:17:57 regulation in Banana Ball history two

1:17:59 weeks ago in Tacoma, Washington with

1:18:02 Clark Gilmore of the Indianapolis Clouds

1:18:04 on the bump. It was a walk-off in the

1:18:07 fourth inning, fourrun blast for Reeves.

1:18:12 But here's the lore on TJ Reeves. He

1:18:15 made his banana ball debut back in 2023,

1:18:18 standing in with the team who was

1:18:19 short-handed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin,

1:18:22 even roping a hit off of one of the

1:18:24 sports most legendary characters, Dakota

1:18:27 Stilts Albritt. And now Reeves, whose

1:18:30 numbers have been astronomical this

1:18:32 year, slashing .405, 457, 703, and third

1:18:37 in the league with six home runs. That

1:18:39 guy is back as a full-time player in

1:18:42 banana ball wearing the black and pink.

1:18:45 TJ Reeves, the rookie. Top-notch stuff.

1:18:50 Yep.

1:18:53 [laughter]

1:18:54 Thank you, AJ. Keen analysis. Full

1:18:57 circle moment for TJ Reeves. And how

1:18:59 about the 41,000?

1:19:01 >> An empty moment for our drone right now,

1:19:04 too. Wee.

1:19:07 >> Yep. Jake Leios is in the game

1:19:12 to pitch for the party animals.

1:19:15 >> I shouldn't have let you take me into

1:19:17 that field of spotted

1:19:18 >> cows. You had You had one too many

1:19:20 spotted cows. You were wrangling them

1:19:22 all morning.

1:19:25 >> Vincent Chapman cleans the dish.

1:19:28 >> And while I was having spotted cows,

1:19:29 Drake was having New Glaris's other

1:19:31 beer. Two ladies.

1:19:35 Grade a

1:19:39 roped a cuff. Trick play number eight

1:19:42 for the animals. Count it.

1:19:46 There goes Gideon Antel.

1:19:49 Back to the dugout. Eric Osberg.

1:19:52 Speaking of grade A is up to bat and one

1:19:54 for one today.

1:19:56 And Vincent Chapman saying 67. He's

1:19:59 looking up at the booth. He's having a

1:20:00 good time. I've got my eyes set on the

1:20:02 lefty Eric Osber. last night. He said it

1:20:04 was the best he felt at the plate since

1:20:06 Petco Park, another big league stadium.

1:20:08 Big time double. Oh man. And he's going

1:20:10 to get a chance to rip against a 322

1:20:12 here. This is risky territory. Third

1:20:14 inning, second batter, second pitch. A

1:20:17 dance incoming for Leios.

1:20:22 No, it was a deak.

1:20:25 >> Just wanted to touch his hair.

1:20:27 >> Swing and a miss for Osber.

1:20:41 Eric Osberg two for two today. Base hit

1:20:44 through the right side. It's funny you

1:20:45 mentioned that too. Talking to Osberg

1:20:47 pregame. He he spent a lot of time in

1:20:49 Milwaukee himself as a member of the

1:20:51 Milkman talking about Spotted Cow, one

1:20:53 of these local classic brews and he

1:20:55 actually said two ladies is his

1:20:57 preferred from new Claris. So, you just

1:21:00 made that up because Eric Osberg's never

1:21:02 had a sip of alcohol in his life. So,

1:21:04 there's a madeup story from Drake toll.

1:21:07 >> Maybe it was Keegan.

1:21:08 >> I also don't know that you've ever

1:21:09 talked to Eric.

1:21:10 >> Both of those guys confused every time.

1:21:12 Now, it's time to dance.

1:21:14 >> Okay.

1:21:29 Leios

1:21:31 deals outside to Ashby Binding.

1:21:35 >> I'm not over that. You just take

1:21:37 Benadryl and make up stories and people

1:21:40 take it as verbatal.

1:21:48 >> I'll say the binding went

1:21:51 two strikes on him now.

1:21:53 It may have been Keegan James,

1:21:56 >> who doesn't remotely look like Eric

1:21:58 Gosber, by the way.

1:22:01 >> Did Vining go? No.

1:22:06 >> They're both just such infectious

1:22:08 personalities.

1:22:09 That's fair. Two two with one down and

1:22:12 one on.

1:22:19 Ashby Vining looked at that Brewers TV

1:22:21 sign in left field and said he

1:22:22 envisioned himself hitting a home run

1:22:24 there today.

1:22:29 Swing and a miss. Not here, Mr. Vining.

1:22:33 A strike out for Jake Leios. Oh, and

1:22:36 he's excited.

1:22:38 That's what the kids call an emote.

1:22:42 92 mph

1:22:45 from the right arm of Lealios. And a big

1:22:47 whiff for Vining brings up the donut

1:22:49 batter, JD Erso. If he strikes out, fans

1:22:53 here in Milwaukee will win free donuts.

1:22:56 Tough news for the fans. JD Erso has

1:22:59 really settled in nicely at the plate as

1:23:01 this season's rolled by. Majority of his

1:23:03 strikeouts came before he carved out an

1:23:05 everyday role in the lineup when he was

1:23:07 trying maybe to do a little bit too

1:23:08 much, making the most of every

1:23:10 opportunity. Now that he's settled in,

1:23:11 he's a really tough out and even tougher

1:23:13 strikeout.

1:23:18 Erso

1:23:24 a 1-1 with two down. Armani Henderson

1:23:28 the designated runner in for the Loco

1:23:29 Beach Coconuts. Takes off for second,

1:23:31 but after the foul ball, he'll have to

1:23:33 retreat.

1:23:35 >> Erso still a little shaken up. Got him

1:23:37 right on his own back ankle off the

1:23:39 bottom of the barrel.

1:23:42 >> Oh, front ankle, I should say. right on

1:23:44 top of his foot.

1:23:45 >> Still struggling to put full weight on

1:23:47 it. Vincent Chapman, a pro move, will

1:23:48 walk toward the mound to hand the ball

1:23:50 off to Leios.

1:23:52 >> Giving Erso some time to settle back in.

1:24:00 JD Erso,

1:24:02 the UTampa product, and that last name

1:24:04 Erso, what it means to that university,

1:24:06 that baseball program.

1:24:08 >> Batting with his father, [cheering] the

1:24:10 head coach at UT Tampa in mind today.

1:24:14 And how about this? I I mean JD Erso,

1:24:17 23 years old. Every single day of his

1:24:20 life, his dad's been the coach at Tampa.

1:24:24 Legend of the D2 ranks. Erso foul. First

1:24:28 time a D2 baseball team has gone back to

1:24:31 backto back national championships.

1:24:40 Two strikes on him.

1:24:42 Trick play opportunity for Auff. Auff.

1:24:45 What a gun. Count it.

1:24:48 >> Party animals at nine trick plays

1:24:51 already.

1:24:53 They need one big swing to tie the game

1:24:56 at a point a piece when we return from

1:24:58 Milwaukee on the CW.

1:25:06 Hey YouTube. I tried to do my best Drake

1:25:08 toll impression. JD Uroso is not 23.

1:25:10 He's 26. I just made that up to see if

1:25:12 [laughter] anyone would know.

1:25:13 >> No, you didn't.

1:25:14 >> Yeah, I did.

1:25:15 >> No, you didn't.

1:25:17 >> That's hilarious. You're a bad

1:25:18 influence.

1:25:19 >> Also, of all the shirts Jesse could have

1:25:21 picked, it's so funny to me. It's just

1:25:23 like the OG oldest Party Animal shirt

1:25:25 available

1:25:27 >> and it has it written five times on

1:25:29 there fading out.

1:25:31 He showed up yesterday. I was like, I

1:25:32 don't know. Give me that one.

1:25:33 >> What if I told you I lied again?

1:25:36 >> What? JD's actually 25.

1:25:38 >> I got you with both. What's wrong with

1:25:40 you?

1:25:40 >> I got you with both.

1:25:53 Get those arms waving.

1:26:21 Now keep it clapping as we shuffle.

1:26:24 >> When I saw you walking down the street,

1:26:29 I had to meet

1:26:31 good baby love so far.

1:26:40 Banana Ball on the CW is brought to you

1:26:42 by BNC Bank. Brilliantly boring since

1:26:45 1865.

1:26:49 Speaking of brilliantly boring, Will

1:26:51 Ethridge.

1:26:52 The man who started on the mound today

1:26:54 for the Loco Beach Coconuts has been

1:26:56 just that. And and not even a bag of

1:26:59 chips. He's just walked out there cool

1:27:01 as a cucumber and gotten the job done in

1:27:04 front of this crowd on its feet. Over

1:27:06 41,000 at the home of the Milwaukee

1:27:09 Brewers. And you know, Drake, I had the

1:27:10 opportunity to talk to Will Eric before

1:27:12 today's game. And since of as long as he

1:27:16 can remember, he's envisioned taking the

1:27:17 hill at a big league park. It wasn't

1:27:19 always, however, for Bananaball. I I

1:27:21 mean, when he was a kid, this sport

1:27:23 >> wasn't even a concept yet.

1:27:26 Will said, you know, he trusted the

1:27:28 process and he knows this is where he

1:27:29 was meant to be. And how special it is

1:27:31 to see the longtime minor leager who

1:27:34 grinded his way through the Colorado

1:27:35 Rockies ranks now carving out a role as

1:27:38 a starting pitcher for a firstear team

1:27:40 and finding success in a major league

1:27:42 stadium.

1:27:45 And here, Ethridge will face Andy

1:27:47 Cosgrove,

1:27:50 >> 17th rounder out of NC State to the

1:27:53 Minnesota Twins back in 2017. Cosg Gro,

1:27:56 the Kirkland, Washington kid.

1:28:06 One for one today with a single.

1:28:14 [cheering]

1:28:16 And there he is.

1:28:20 Look at that romp. [cheering]

1:28:24 Vincent Chapman, the dancing umpire,

1:28:30 does it again. [cheering]

1:28:41 I think that's what my upstairs

1:28:43 neighbors at my apartment are doing. I

1:28:45 think that at 3:00 a.m. That's that's

1:28:48 got [laughter] to be that's your average

1:28:51 upstairs neighbor at 3:00 a.m.

1:28:52 >> Safe to call Vincent Chapman the dance

1:28:54 bird of our generation.

1:28:55 >> Yes.

1:28:57 >> Safe after further review.

1:29:01 Swinging a miss for Cosbro.

1:29:03 >> She going to call me baby boo. How about

1:29:05 a third strike out for Will Ethridge.

1:29:08 >> He's gotten help from the fans, but he's

1:29:10 also done plenty on his own. Evaded the

1:29:13 barrel with the heater. Elevated and

1:29:15 Cosgrove couldn't climb the ladder in

1:29:17 time.

1:29:19 One away in the bottom of the fourth.

1:29:20 Any long ball would tie this game.

1:29:27 Hampton. No long ball here, but does

1:29:30 have his first base hit of the weekend.

1:29:33 Now one for five in Milwaukee. One for

1:29:35 two today.

1:29:40 Jake Skull behind him.

1:29:43 This has been

1:29:45 the mainstay for the Party Animals for

1:29:48 now over four years. Hampton and Skull,

1:29:52 some iteration of those two names back

1:29:55 to back in the lineup. one driving the

1:29:57 other in.

1:30:00 You look at Skull and Hampton combine

1:30:02 their RBI and runs scored year in and

1:30:06 year out. That shows you where the party

1:30:08 animals go.

1:30:15 Skull. That's a double play ball. Erso

1:30:18 to second for one. Jacobo to first. Not

1:30:20 in time.

1:30:22 Interesting trick play decision timing

1:30:24 from JD Erso there. He still gets the

1:30:26 trick play, but ultimately isn't going

1:30:28 to get a double play because it took him

1:30:30 a second to transfer. Jacobo really

1:30:31 quick on his hands. Brewer wanted one

1:30:33 between the legs as well. Jake Skull

1:30:35 slowed up. He he was not running full

1:30:36 speed down the line. So maybe if there's

1:30:39 not a trick play there, there's a chance

1:30:40 for a double play, but instead there's a

1:30:42 runner on first with two down. And to be

1:30:44 clear, I'm not sure Skull slowed up.

1:30:45 He's still dealing with some soreness in

1:30:47 the lower body. So that's about as hard

1:30:50 of a 90 as you can get. He's around 80%

1:30:52 today. That's why he's not playing the

1:30:53 field, but his bat is far too big to

1:30:56 keep him out of the lineup.

1:30:58 >> Correct. TJ Reeves, another big bat.

1:31:02 Rookie out of Birmingham.

1:31:06 18 RBI on the year, his 19th. Would walk

1:31:09 off this fourth inning. And give the

1:31:11 Animals

1:31:13 brand new ball game.

1:31:16 02. You saw Will Ethridge doing his

1:31:19 signature swim move. That's his

1:31:22 strikeout. Sy calling his shot against

1:31:25 Reeves.

1:31:29 Rookie on rookie. Ethridge may have just

1:31:33 won this one. No thrown from Coughlin.

1:31:36 Gets away. Mark Smith is held at third.

1:31:40 That was a wise call from the head coach

1:31:41 of the Animals. Manning third base Mike

1:31:43 Vasis. They're on the corners with two

1:31:45 down here in the fourth. Get another

1:31:48 look at it. It looked like it almost ate

1:31:50 Dane Toofflin up. He rushed the throw.

1:31:52 He had plenty of time to get the runner.

1:31:53 That's going to be an E5

1:31:56 on Dane Toofflin. That extends this

1:31:58 inning. So, no runs here will be earned

1:32:00 against should they come in. But the

1:32:01 Animals can walk it off now with a ball

1:32:03 for sprint or a single.

1:32:07 >> Nobody sprints better than Jason Swan.

1:32:12 Usain Bolt

1:32:14 >> 107 Well, not anymore. 107 plate

1:32:17 appearances,

1:32:19 16 sprints to five strikeouts.

1:32:25 There are players in the league with

1:32:27 more sprints overall, but Swan's plate

1:32:29 discipline

1:32:31 lends itself to very few strikeouts

1:32:35 and an uptick in free passes.

1:32:38 either

1:32:40 hit ball hard or take first for free.

1:32:53 Ethridge has him in an 02. Two down, two

1:32:57 on. Fate of the inning on the line.

1:33:01 Swan almost wore it.

1:33:07 I don't I don't hate that from Ethridge.

1:33:11 >> Back you up a bit. Change the line of

1:33:13 sight.

1:33:15 And here's the one two.

1:33:19 Fans can retire the inning.

1:33:23 And they do not. Nearly had a coconut

1:33:27 shirt on but no glove.

1:33:34 Wow. I mean, that's larger than life.

1:33:36 >> Yeah. 41,000.

1:33:39 >> About an empty seat at American Family

1:33:41 Field. All eyes on Will Ethridge versus

1:33:45 Jason Swan.

1:33:49 Swan.

1:33:51 Foul by four feet.

1:33:58 These have been easily two of my

1:34:01 favorite banana ball crowds that I've

1:34:02 seen since coming to the sport in 2024.

1:34:06 Milwaukee blown us all away.

1:34:11 A swing and a miss. Ethridge insensed.

1:34:16 Four shutout innings for Will Ethridge.

1:34:20 hit the signature strikeout si and call

1:34:23 him baby boo. Will Ethridge gets it done

1:34:26 and the coconuts stay on top through

1:34:28 four.

1:34:39 >> Very good, AJ.

1:34:41 >> Very good. Very good. Yeah.

1:34:44 >> Oh, I Okay, chat. YouTube chat. Do we

1:34:48 like the facial hair? He's got like a

1:34:50 2024 Drew Gillespie thing going on with

1:34:53 the uh goatee. He's got a 2024 Drake

1:34:56 Toll thing going on with the goatee

1:35:01 and the

1:35:06 headband.

1:35:09 >> Do you like it? You know,

1:35:16 >> he's a very good dancer.

1:35:18 >> That's my friend Dalton Pont.

1:35:32 >> The La Main 9143 says, "Yeah, it's okay.

1:35:36 I'd take a bass mastiff mix." Hell yeah.

1:35:40 I'm 100% a golden retriever. I've seen

1:35:42 it a few times in there.

1:35:45 Not even going to pretend otherwise.

1:35:46 That's just the truth.

1:35:49 >> Yeah. I once had a girl tell me I remind

1:35:51 her me of something.

1:35:54 >> What are you using English right now?

1:35:57 Can conserve your words for the TV? I

1:35:59 guess so.

1:36:07 We bring you back on the CW with the

1:36:09 specialty entrance from Dalton Ponds

1:36:11 who's in the game to pitch now for the

1:36:12 party animals.

1:36:15 Dancing with the party starters.

1:36:18 That guy has some extremely impressive

1:36:21 moves. Crazy to think the Fontana

1:36:24 California [music] product out of St.

1:36:26 Mary's and then Long Beach State.

1:36:28 Dominant college pitcher now in his

1:36:30 third year at Banana Ball has become

1:36:34 one of the names for the party animals

1:36:36 via the fan vote. He was kept on the

1:36:39 roster last year. Late in 2025, as the

1:36:43 advent of the Banana Ball Championship

1:36:44 League was a foot,

1:36:47 due to the draft process,

1:36:51 coaches were able to select players on

1:36:53 their roster to stay on the team

1:36:56 remain animals or firefighters,

1:36:59 tailgators, bananas in 2026.

1:37:02 And fans got to select their favorite

1:37:04 three players from each team to keep

1:37:06 them on their rosters. Daltton Pon was

1:37:08 one of those three for the party

1:37:09 animals. Arg. Here comes Pirate Pon.

1:37:15 Fresh look for him. And this is just

1:37:16 going to be entertaining right off the

1:37:17 rip. We're going to get Kaden Bowler on

1:37:19 the bowler board.

1:37:20 >> Yeah, you know what? Pirates hate

1:37:21 >> surfboards.

1:37:22 >> Surfers. Yeah, correct.

1:37:23 >> Surfers always get in the way of

1:37:25 plundering, pillaging booty.

1:37:31 >> And here he comes.

1:37:32 >> Riding on a surfboard. It's Kayen

1:37:37 Bowler. [screaming]

1:37:39 [groaning]

1:37:40 >> Bowler will hit in the place of the nine

1:37:42 hole. Tay Bonitez

1:37:46 AJ Drake, you insert a bowler here, but

1:37:50 you don't have to use a golden batter.

1:37:51 Why?

1:37:54 Entertainment bat. Pinch hitter. Special

1:37:58 guy. [laughter] It only works for Kaden

1:38:00 Bowler. He speaks Vietnamese, by the

1:38:02 way. Fans, no. No real fan would grab

1:38:06 one from the guy on the bowler board.

1:38:09 Look at the hood ornament.

1:38:13 >> So a pinch hit opportunity for Bowler on

1:38:14 the boogie board. Swan goes behind the

1:38:16 back. Flip the punts. Complete the trick

1:38:18 play.

1:38:19 >> Yeah, this equalizer point is quickly

1:38:21 looking out of reach for the Coconuts.

1:38:22 They've still got chances to mount the

1:38:25 trick play. Come back, but realistically

1:38:27 down six. I don't know that that's going

1:38:29 to happen.

1:38:32 Bowler retired gives way to Brett

1:38:34 Carson. So yes, Bowler now in the game

1:38:35 in place of Donitez

1:38:40 and his day starts 0 for one.

1:38:46 Brett Carson 0 for3 overall in Milwaukee

1:38:58 BC

1:39:05 slashing 263

1:39:08 349 and 263 in his second year of banana

1:39:12 ball.

1:39:15 Best of all, he's a frequent flyer.

1:39:18 We fly to a new city every weekend and

1:39:20 Brett Carson's on the team.

1:39:24 >> Does that make us all frequent flyers?

1:39:29 >> Yes. Fans can retire. Brent Carson,

1:39:34 >> they do not.

1:39:36 >> That's why you don't bring a glove.

1:39:48 One, two,

1:39:50 >> right back.

1:39:54 Loco Beach as a team.

1:39:58 Right around the middle of the league in

1:40:00 strikeouts, 182

1:40:02 for their offense this year.

1:40:05 The firefighters the most efficient just

1:40:07 147

1:40:10 as Carson has two strikes on himself

1:40:13 >> for BC this year. 44 plate appearances,

1:40:16 five strikeouts.

1:40:32 Trick by opportunity. Ballard to Swan

1:40:36 counted.

1:40:39 >> You know it for these two teams their mo

1:40:43 is not necessarily efficient consistent

1:40:46 pitching. It's it's the offense. Party

1:40:50 animals entered the weekend number one

1:40:51 in the Banana Ball Championship League

1:40:53 in OBP. Texas Tailgator have now

1:40:56 advanced above them at 401 versus the

1:40:58 Animals 398.

1:41:00 Loco Beach sits at third.

1:41:04 Ben Pumps Parker center field. Reese

1:41:06 Hampton a lot of range.

1:41:08 Clean fifth inning for Dalton Pon.

1:41:13 >> I like some good clean dairyfree milk.

1:41:17 Is it really milk if there's no dairy in

1:41:19 it?

1:41:19 >> Free. I don't think you can call that

1:41:20 milk.

1:41:26 Take a look at what Eric Osberg did with

1:41:28 the Milwaukee Milkmen. Led the nation in

1:41:31 doubles,

1:41:33 >> I should say, in the American

1:41:35 Association. But all of independent

1:41:37 baseball, Eric Osberg was at the top of

1:41:39 the leaderboard. He hit over 300 in each

1:41:41 of his seasons in Milwaukee. And Mattie

1:41:43 Warren was a guy who threw out the first

1:41:45 pitch at the Milkman game earlier this

1:41:47 week.

1:41:49 And he's not lactose intolerant. He is

1:41:52 not lactose intolerant, AJ. That is

1:41:53 correct. Eric Osberg, welcome back to

1:41:55 Milwaukee. This is not your first time

1:41:57 being here. And you have had nothing but

1:41:59 good things to say about your time with

1:42:01 the Milkman. And I just want to hear

1:42:02 more about that.

1:42:03 >> I love this city, man. The Milkmen, I'm

1:42:05 very thankful after my time with my

1:42:08 seven years with the Tampa Bay Rays. You

1:42:10 know, they helped build me back up, gave

1:42:12 me confidence, got to be on defense

1:42:14 every day. Had two great seasons with

1:42:16 [cheering] them. Ton of longtime

1:42:18 friends. my host dad, Mike Edict. He was

1:42:20 at the game yesterday. Shout out Mike.

1:42:21 And uh man, I love this city. I'm so

1:42:23 happy to be here.

1:42:24 >> Hey, he loves this city and he loves his

1:42:26 milk, man. So, we're going to see how

1:42:27 much by how fast you can chug.

1:42:31 >> Shout out Mike

1:42:32 >> of milk. All right.

1:42:33 >> Big bag in me. I got some big bag in me.

1:42:35 I got this.

1:42:36 >> Here we go. Ready? Cheers.

1:42:38 >> I've got my money on Osberg.

1:42:40 >> Nope. Got the cameras, guys. Got the

1:42:42 cameras.

1:42:45 >> Oh my god. You're done.

1:42:46 >> That wasn't great. That was that was a

1:42:48 mediocre performance.

1:42:51 >> Okay,

1:42:53 you know him, you love him. Eric Osper,

1:42:56 tenure professional, can drink any kind

1:42:58 of milk as fast as anybody and lead the

1:43:01 American Association in doubles. Now,

1:43:04 here he is in banana ball. He spilled a

1:43:07 lot of that milk, by the way. I don't

1:43:09 know if he swallowed any of it. as

1:43:11 Ashton Landell walks to the plate

1:43:14 looking for her first hit in banana ball

1:43:16 in 2026. That is

1:43:21 >> has a couple of RBI this season.

1:43:25 Thanks to the ball four sprints she's

1:43:27 been able to rack up. Landelle this

1:43:29 year,

1:43:33 >> I'm sorry. I'd be extremely remissed if

1:43:35 I didn't say that. Ost actually

1:43:37 translates to cheese in Swedish.

1:43:40 Cheeseburg lands dow this year. Five

1:43:42 ball four sprints.

1:43:45 That is over the course of her 11 plate

1:43:47 appearances as well.

1:43:49 But here she's retired by Zack Smith

1:43:51 who's coming to the game to pitch.

1:43:54 Zack Smith, a guy who's got to catch

1:43:56 them all.

1:43:58 Typically plays Pokemon Go when he's not

1:44:00 on the mound.

1:44:02 It's been trivial to the coconut success

1:44:05 this season when he's got it going and

1:44:07 really adds a nice healthy live arm from

1:44:09 the bullpen.

1:44:11 >> Tanner on Tanner crime. Tanner Thomas

1:44:14 retired by Tanner Allen. And here comes

1:44:17 Jesse Cole.

1:44:21 Now coming to bat, a twotime allar

1:44:27 and member of the walk of fame for your

1:44:31 Milwaukee Brewers. Please welcome Corey

1:44:35 Hall.

1:44:37 [cheering]

1:44:44 [cheering]

1:44:50 What an ovation here in Milwaukee for

1:44:53 the legend Cory Hart.

1:45:01 11 years removed from his big league

1:45:04 career

1:45:08 that spanned 10 seasons in Milwaukee

1:45:11 from 2004 to 2013.

1:45:17 The allar Cory Hart steps into the

1:45:20 right-handed batters box.

1:45:23 >> Hart [cheering] well hit, but a trick

1:45:26 play opportunity for Jacobo.

1:45:28 Two trick plays in one out [cheering]

1:45:32 for the LCO Beach defense, but Cory Hart

1:45:36 gets a standing ovation

1:45:39 from the Brewers faithful in Milwaukee.

1:45:42 Great things come in Paris. It's a

1:45:44 double trick play that keeps the

1:45:46 Coconuts on top one- nothing. Cory Hart,

1:45:48 by the way, received an MVP vote in

1:45:50 2010. There's not many people who have

1:45:52 received an MLB MVP vote, and the

1:45:55 Coconuts can say they just got him out

1:45:56 with a double trick play. It's a one-

1:45:58 nothing ball game as we head to the

1:45:59 sixth inning.

1:46:12 on the dugout representing all the fans

1:46:15 on the first base side and the right

1:46:17 field.

1:46:22 >> CJ, where are you?

1:46:24 >> I'm over here on top of the third base

1:46:26 dugout representing the entire left

1:46:29 field side, including my friends under

1:46:32 the slide. And I got a feeling

1:46:34 [cheering] that this side is the loudest

1:46:37 side.

1:46:41 >> Yeah. Okay. We'll see about that. CJ,

1:46:44 this is a competition side versus side

1:46:48 where you, the fans, have to finish each

1:46:52 song. Are you guys ready?

1:46:55 [cheering]

1:47:08 >> [cheering]

1:47:18 >> Okay, Milwaukee. Round number one goes

1:47:21 to the first base side in right field.

1:47:54 Oh, Milwaukee, you down. Beautiful. But

1:47:58 the third base side and left field

1:48:00 stands. Take that round. [cheering]

1:48:07 >> It is the top of the sixth. Loco Beach

1:48:09 leads the Party Animals one point to

1:48:11 zero here in Banana Ball

1:48:14 as Ryan Rodriguez takes over on the

1:48:16 mound for the Party Animals. And what a

1:48:18 moment this is. The first time in our

1:48:20 sport that a team not named the bananas

1:48:23 sells out at MLB Stadium and there are

1:48:24 no bananas in sight. Reese Hampton, a

1:48:26 veteran of the party animals, a veteran

1:48:28 of banana ball, miked up with us. Ree,

1:48:31 how do you describe any of this?

1:48:33 >> Well, first of all, I want to say,

1:48:34 uh-oh, here we go.

1:48:36 >> Trick play. Trick play.

1:48:37 >> Popping. I'm popping. I'm popping.

1:48:42 >> Double pop.

1:48:43 >> That's awesome.

1:48:43 >> Double pop.

1:48:44 >> That's awesome.

1:48:46 >> All right. What' you say?

1:48:49 >> Ham all of this. Just try to put it into

1:48:52 words.

1:48:53 >> This ballpark is incredible. What I'm

1:48:55 looking at right now [cheering] with the

1:48:56 hoop half open as I can hear myself

1:48:58 speak. Truly a blessing and an honor to

1:49:01 be here. Party animals have come such a

1:49:03 long way from riding on the backs of the

1:49:06 bananas and you know helping their show

1:49:09 to creating our own and absolutely

1:49:11 mastering it. Get there boat.

1:49:15 Big B does not have room. It's a single

1:49:17 for Dane Toofflin.

1:49:18 >> But it's amazing what can happen in

1:49:19 three years, right? Drake to

1:49:20 >> re for you to come into this with Jake

1:49:23 Skull, you know, best friends who go

1:49:25 from baseball into banana ball and and I

1:49:27 said it earlier in the show, runs, if

1:49:30 you take you and between you and Skull

1:49:32 and combine your runs and RBI, that can

1:49:34 paint the picture of a party animal

1:49:36 season with you guys back to back in the

1:49:37 lineup. What does that guy mean to you

1:49:39 and sharing this moment with him?

1:49:41 >> It's awesome. We cherish every moment

1:49:42 together. We love the game. We'll do

1:49:45 anything. Keep playing. Got him.

1:49:46 >> Oh my goodness. Not even close. Andy

1:49:48 Cosgrove with the gun.

1:49:50 >> Oh, we love playing.

1:49:51 >> Looks good doing it.

1:49:52 >> We We are at the end of 2022. Gastonian

1:49:55 Indie Ball. I said, Jake, I think we got

1:49:57 more hits to get, more homers to get,

1:50:00 saying this is a great place to do it

1:50:01 and also build a brand. You know, we

1:50:03 knew that there was room for the party

1:50:05 almost to grow and I think we uh I think

1:50:07 we nailed it on the head, made the right

1:50:08 choice. For both of you guys who had

1:50:11 longtime minor league careers and

1:50:13 stepped into banana ball, what about the

1:50:14 party animals? Cuz because you you were

1:50:16 banana at one point. I I wasn't going to

1:50:18 bring it up, but I guess I have to.

1:50:19 >> This is the quickest interview of all

1:50:20 time.

1:50:21 >> No doubt, but a great one. You got to be

1:50:23 a party animal.

1:50:24 >> I jinxed it. Two. Two.

1:50:28 >> Bobo throw is not in time.

1:50:29 >> That's my bad. I jinxed it.

1:50:31 >> You did

1:50:32 >> for you.

1:50:33 >> Oh, we get more interview time. Here we

1:50:34 go. to help build this brand to go from

1:50:36 being a banana that was that was

1:50:37 established to helping build the party

1:50:39 animals. Was there a struggle there to

1:50:41 adjust at first?

1:50:42 >> Definitely at first, you know, going

1:50:43 from the headliner and everyone cheering

1:50:47 and shouting for your name. I mean, it's

1:50:48 different now, but back then it was not

1:50:50 the case with the party animals in 2023.

1:50:52 So, we had to earn the fans trust and

1:50:54 prove to them that we could put on a

1:50:56 show just as good as the bananas. And

1:50:58 that took time and shout out to the fans

1:51:00 for sticking with us.

1:51:02 >> Have you had a moment in the last

1:51:04 30ish hours to look around.

1:51:06 >> Oh yeah, it's You should see what I'm

1:51:07 looking at, Drake. It is incredible. It

1:51:09 looks like a cathedral right now.

1:51:14 >> Ryan Rodriguez,

1:51:16 >> it's well struck in the left.

1:51:17 >> Let's go. [cheering]

1:51:19 >> But Gideon Antel retired. Reese Hampton,

1:51:21 it's been an emotional weekend. It's an

1:51:23 honor to talk to you. It's an honor to

1:51:25 be in this venue, in this booth, to see

1:51:27 you play on that field, my friend. This

1:51:29 is just the beginning somehow.

1:51:31 >> Appreciate you, Drake. Thanks for the

1:51:32 interview and I'm glad it wasn't very

1:51:34 long.

1:51:35 >> Amen. We always Can the animals not the

1:51:38 game when we come back on the CW.

1:51:48 >> Our first whale coming out of the first

1:51:50 base side, it's Aaron the blue whale

1:51:56 [screaming] Nova.

1:51:59 Heat. Heat.

1:52:32 And uh that was that was interesting.

1:52:36 But Milwaukee, now we have a treat for

1:52:40 you. We have brought in the rarest whale

1:52:44 in all the land. Give it up. Coming from

1:52:48 the third base side, follow [screaming]

1:53:18 Hey guys, I'm at Banana Ball backstage

1:53:20 with 11-year-old Castton and he's got a

1:53:22 great question for our Noah Fisher.

1:53:24 Castton,

1:53:25 >> hey Noah, why are the party animals the

1:53:28 best team?

1:53:29 >> Noah, what you got on that?

1:53:32 >> That's a fantastic question. The reason

1:53:34 that we are the best is because we have

1:53:36 the most fun. We care about the fans the

1:53:38 most. We have the best guys. as we put

1:53:41 on the best show in my opinion and

1:53:43 obviously I'm a little bit biased.

1:53:44 However, we care about our fans and we

1:53:46 care about everybody having a fantastic

1:53:48 time and being a positive influence.

1:53:51 That is why we're the best.

1:53:54 >> Thank you to our Banana Ball backstage

1:53:56 fan of the game and to Noah Fiser. Bit

1:53:58 of a spill down there. I think that's

1:54:00 the big kahuna having a little bit too

1:54:02 much fun in the kiddie pool. So, we

1:54:04 bring it back to the action and back to

1:54:06 Austin Krzinsky. What a moment for

1:54:08 Austin Krisminsky returning from injury.

1:54:10 He's been sidelined for over two months,

1:54:14 had arm tightness, and he has been

1:54:15 waiting for this moment like no other.

1:54:18 Ramping up every single week. This is a

1:54:20 guy who was drafted to be a real

1:54:23 differencemaker on the mountain by Mark

1:54:24 Croco. And he does it right away. Three

1:54:27 pitches and welcome back to greatness.

1:54:30 Austin Chris Minsky is no stranger to

1:54:32 dominating banana ball. He hits you at

1:54:34 the post Malone and the seal. One, two,

1:54:37 three.

1:54:38 It's all he needs to sit Bryson Bloomer

1:54:41 down and tell him to grab a chair. The

1:54:43 longtime banana still making party

1:54:46 animals go back to the dugout now in a

1:54:47 loco beach jersey.

1:54:50 So good to see creme back on the mound.

1:54:52 It's great for the sport.

1:54:57 He'll face the rookie Mikey Ballard.

1:55:02 Michael was one for two yesterday. 0 for

1:55:05 one to start today.

1:55:08 AJ, we're in the bottom of the six. The

1:55:09 10 hole for the Animals is just now

1:55:11 coming to the plate for the second time.

1:55:13 He works a ball for Sprint.

1:55:17 He can go as far as he wants until the

1:55:19 entire defense touches the ball for Loco

1:55:21 Beach. He'll take a free 90 and stop

1:55:23 there. I'd like to note also Ashby

1:55:25 Vining taken over for Eric Osber behind

1:55:27 the plate who exited the contest with

1:55:30 Will Ethridge. So, this is Vining's

1:55:31 second inning behind the plate. What

1:55:33 what leads to a move like that from Mark

1:55:35 Croco, the manager of the Coconuts?

1:55:37 >> The way that I like to explain it is a

1:55:40 good old playground package deal. Will

1:55:41 Aidge, Eric Osberg, our battery mates

1:55:44 true and through. They are always going

1:55:46 to be out there together.

1:55:48 Creme a little frustrated after a fifth

1:55:50 straight miss.

1:55:54 He's been working with Ashby Vining in

1:55:55 the bullpen, but this is their first

1:55:57 live action in over two months.

1:56:00 And three good ones to start. Five

1:56:02 misses and now he's right back there.

1:56:09 Animals have yet to put up a point

1:56:11 today. They've yet to score a run in

1:56:13 this game.

1:56:16 Loco Beach struck for two back in the

1:56:18 top of the first, winning that first

1:56:20 inning to take a one to nothing lead.

1:56:22 That's the only scoring we've seen from

1:56:23 either team.

1:56:28 Cosgrove into the third deck

1:56:31 and it lands idle.

1:56:37 We've yet to see a home run

1:56:43 in this park this weekend. And now time

1:56:46 has been called. The team trainer is

1:56:48 going to come out and check on Austin

1:56:51 Krinsky.

1:56:53 Oh no.

1:56:56 Andy Morales, the pitching coach for

1:56:59 Loco Beach, calls to the bullpen.

1:57:04 Oh,

1:57:06 and it looks like Creme's day is done.

1:57:09 So, he returns from injury

1:57:11 and I think during that that fifth ball

1:57:13 he threw,

1:57:16 should say eighth pitch, fifth one out

1:57:18 of the zone, you could tell that he

1:57:20 wasn't quite feeling that right arm.

1:57:22 >> Yeah, I I just genuinely feel for Austin

1:57:24 Chris Minsky. such a good human being.

1:57:27 He's worked so hard, battled every

1:57:29 single day for this moment.

1:57:32 And alongside athletic trainer Christine

1:57:34 Mueller, he's going to walk off the

1:57:37 mound and be replaced by Kyle Perry. I

1:57:40 mean, I just I feel absolutely awful and

1:57:42 can only hope that he's all right

1:57:43 because Austin has literally all day,

1:57:47 every day worked to take the hill today

1:57:50 and can't get through his third batter

1:57:51 face.

1:57:52 >> That was his last pitch of the day that

1:57:54 you just saw. all the grimace

1:57:56 and now Kyle Perry, another former

1:57:58 Savannah banana, will take over on the

1:58:00 mound.

1:58:01 >> I mean, that just makes me sick. It

1:58:02 really does. We'll switch the topic, but

1:58:05 Austin Chrisinsky is a guy who is good

1:58:07 for the sport. When he's out there

1:58:09 throwing the banana ball, it is the best

1:58:11 thing for the Banana Ball Championship

1:58:12 League. He's a veteran of the game, as

1:58:14 is Kyle Perry. He's the most efficient

1:58:16 pitcher on this Loco Beach staff.

1:58:18 actually the most efficient pitcher of

1:58:20 anyone in the league who's thrown at

1:58:21 least seven innings, averaging 319

1:58:24 per inning pitched. Kyle Perry loves to

1:58:27 work the change up early and often. No

1:58:29 different there. Fans can't help him out

1:58:31 because they didn't bring a glove.

1:58:34 Well, it hit off the marquee signs. That

1:58:36 didn't help.

1:58:38 Andy Cosgrove

1:58:41 behind home plate. Ashpining

1:58:44 nearly impossible, but he makes it look

1:58:46 easy. Ashby finding golden glove, golden

1:58:51 hair. What a play.

1:58:54 What a play indeed. The face of the

1:58:56 beach continues to make signature

1:58:58 moments. Dives on top of his man on the

1:59:01 mountain, Kyle Perry. He'd take that

1:59:02 contact every single time if it means a

1:59:04 catch. And it did just that in foul

1:59:06 ground. What a play to reach back over

1:59:09 his head and clamp the banana ball for a

1:59:11 second out here in the sixth. What was

1:59:13 Kyle Perry doing?

1:59:18 I'll try to help.

1:59:19 >> He was having fun.

1:59:20 >> Yeah. [laughter]

1:59:24 >> Until his daddy took the T-Ird away.

1:59:27 >> Hampton,

1:59:28 >> also known as Ashby Vining, taking the

1:59:30 banana ball is ahead.

1:59:34 >> I've never heard him call Ashby Vining

1:59:35 that, but thank you for the insider

1:59:37 information.

1:59:40 >> You see how many people are in this

1:59:41 place?

1:59:43 >> No, I can't count that high. I mean,

1:59:45 wow.

1:59:47 Not an empty seat in the house

1:59:51 here at American Family Field.

1:59:56 It is the first time in the sport of

1:59:58 banana ball a team not named the

2:00:00 Savannah Bananas has sold out on MLB

2:00:02 Stadium. The Party Animals doing so

2:00:04 here. Hampton

2:00:06 in foul territory. Fans can't come up

2:00:08 with it. And pinballs back into the

2:00:10 field of play. So, we'll wait a second

2:00:12 here before trying the two- two again.

2:00:13 Kyle Perry again showing you how quickly

2:00:16 he works. Find a second out and under 10

2:00:20 pitches if he can take care of Reese

2:00:21 Hampton here.

2:00:25 KP can't. And the count fills.

2:00:30 Ball four ties the game. Perry to

2:00:33 Hampton. Reese stays alive.

2:00:39 Hampton this season.

2:00:41 123 played appearances, 15 sprints to 20

2:00:45 strikeouts.

2:00:47 The fans can retire him.

2:00:50 No.

2:00:53 Went right into the wave.

2:00:56 No cigar.

2:00:59 Count stays at 3-2. Another payoff from

2:01:03 Perry

2:01:06 Hampton.

2:01:10 That was the ninth pitch

2:01:13 of the AB. I don't know what's impressed

2:01:15 me more, the bat to ball or KP

2:01:17 continually finding the zone. The 10th,

2:01:20 it was high. Hampton still swung. No

2:01:23 man's land in right field. Jordan

2:01:25 Brewer. Are you kidding me? Over the

2:01:28 shoulder. Loco Beach salvages the

2:01:32 inning. They stay ahead one to zero.

2:01:36 >> Brew, the former Big 10 player of the

2:01:38 year, showing you he's still got wheels

2:01:41 and holding the lead for the Nuts.

2:01:56 216 to claim your prize.

2:02:01 >> Now fans,

2:02:01 >> hey YouTube, that was pretty crazy.

2:02:04 [laughter]

2:02:04 >> Jordan Brewer and Ashby Vining back to

2:02:07 back.

2:02:08 >> Certainly catch of the game candidates,

2:02:10 but in terms of the coconuts, those were

2:02:12 two of the better defensive plays we've

2:02:13 seen this season.

2:02:14 >> Brew crew in the Brew Crew home.

2:02:17 >> Brew to you. Bring the brew to you. It's

2:02:20 what he does.

2:02:21 >> Say shameless Jessica Kiki Jane Biff.

2:02:26 Let me remind you, Jordan Brewer just

2:02:27 showed you why you bring a glove.

2:02:29 >> That is why he has brought a glove to

2:02:31 every game this season actually, which

2:02:32 is great.

2:02:33 >> And I'll go on a limb and say that if

2:02:35 all 41,000 did it for every game.

2:02:38 >> We may be in the eighth by now.

2:02:40 >> Next, we have Thomas representing the

2:02:42 Cardinals.

2:02:44 >> Nuts are nuts. I like that from Hannah

2:02:47 A. Big balls, huh?

2:02:49 >> Tanner representing

2:02:50 >> Cubs. Yeah.

2:02:53 >> You're a Cubs guy. You're a Cubs fan.

2:02:56 >> I'm rooting for that ball.

2:02:58 >> Even in Milwaukee. [cheering]

2:03:04 >> This crowd is I I

2:03:06 >> seen a lot of good ones. This is pretty

2:03:08 nuts, dude.

2:03:12 >> Everybody's still up.

2:03:14 >> Look, they all stayed up.

2:03:16 and go. [screaming]

2:03:21 >> This is not how the game is supposed to

2:03:23 work. And everyone singing go Cubs go.

2:03:28 >> I miss Bob Uker. Rest in peace. What an

2:03:32 honor it's been to be in these confines.

2:03:34 No one's fallen down. I don't know what.

2:03:35 Okay, so we're starting with this liveet

2:03:44 and go.

2:03:52 Now, what you are seeing here live on

2:03:54 the CW, three grown men running into

2:03:58 each other with large medicine balls,

2:04:01 otherwise known in Banana Ball as big

2:04:04 balls. Drake Tol alongside AJ Switech.

2:04:10 Big balls.

2:04:13 Down to our final two.

2:04:15 Oh my goodness.

2:04:20 What a violent sport.

2:04:23 >> The game within the game.

2:04:25 And that he's getting booed was

2:04:28 representing the Chicago Cubs as

2:04:30 announced earlier in the promotion. Each

2:04:33 of the big balls

2:04:35 had a different NL Central team written

2:04:37 upon it. Cubs guy wins. Brewers fans

2:04:40 don't love it. One of the most

2:04:41 passionate fan bases in Major League

2:04:43 Baseball. Three straight NL Central

2:04:46 titles for the Brewers.

2:04:49 And now Nate Teller takes over on the

2:04:51 mound,

2:04:52 >> but they've been dethroned as the king

2:04:54 of the big balls.

2:04:56 Cubs can win something. Eric Osberg to

2:04:58 center field.

2:05:00 Reese Hampton's underneath it and he

2:05:02 brings it in the routine way for route

2:05:03 number one. Osber moves to two for three

2:05:05 amidst a really solid weekend. Piece of

2:05:07 that trick plays. Party animals now at a

2:05:11 126 lead over the Loco Beach Coconuts.

2:05:15 The equalizer point. If the visiting

2:05:16 team has more trick plays than the home

2:05:18 team going into the final inning,

2:05:20 they're awarded an added point. The

2:05:21 equalizer finding to Bloomer. Bryson

2:05:25 Bloomer across the diamond. Trick play.

2:05:27 Count it. That is four on the day for

2:05:30 the third baseman for the Party Animals.

2:05:31 Bryson Bloomer. And that just about

2:05:34 secures the equalizer point for the

2:05:35 Party Animals. We're not going to put on

2:05:37 the scoreboard. Should be clear. Deny.

2:05:40 Correct. There you go.

2:05:42 The home team can't earn the equalizer

2:05:44 point, but they sure can make sure the

2:05:45 Coconuts don't double up their lead. And

2:05:47 with it now being a seven trick play

2:05:49 advantage,

2:05:51 >> yeah, I I mean, it's just about out of

2:05:53 reach for Loco Beach.

2:05:54 >> JD Erso, the donut batter,

2:05:57 >> collects a base knock, his first of the

2:05:59 day.

2:06:02 >> Had he struck out at any point in time

2:06:03 in this game, the fans here would have

2:06:04 won free donuts. yesterday. JD Erso a

2:06:09 hit in American Family Field.

2:06:14 I'm going to stop you right there. I

2:06:15 think Daltton Malden's walking to the

2:06:17 plate with a little Jack Johnson.

2:06:29 Don't you dare drop him, Andy Archer.

2:06:31 That's the songird of our generation.

2:06:36 Good.

2:06:39 >> Yesterday, JD Erso said was a top three

2:06:41 day of his life.

2:06:45 Playing a sold out big league park.

2:06:48 Watch your dad win his third straight

2:06:50 national championship as the head coach

2:06:52 on the UT Tampa baseball team.

2:06:56 After watching that walk up,

2:06:59 today might just top yesterday.

2:07:03 All because of that, huh? We turned the

2:07:06 whole thing upside down. You sure are

2:07:08 easy to please. That is true.

2:07:12 >> Handed me a bouncy ball this morning and

2:07:15 I'm still smiling about it.

2:07:20 Should have seen you in the stands

2:07:22 pregame.

2:07:23 >> You were a ball of energy. Shades of the

2:07:25 Scholastic book fair.

2:07:28 >> Malden good foul out to the fans here.

2:07:32 And he does. It's caught cleanly by the

2:07:36 fans.

2:07:40 They end the inning.

2:07:46 No runs in the top of the seventh

2:07:49 for the Loco Beach Coconuts. Party

2:07:52 animals can still tie this game in the

2:07:55 bottom of the seventh when we return on

2:07:57 the CW.

2:08:06 You know, I can I I can I'll be careful.

2:08:08 I am always speaking in inside jokes.

2:08:12 You've got to know that. The fans have

2:08:14 to know that. They'll never know. But

2:08:17 man, there's always something

2:08:19 intentional about it.

2:08:22 >> That went right over my head. together

2:08:24 to sing.

2:08:26 >> I've never seen a broadcaster

2:08:29 >> who climbs stairs as a pregame routine.

2:08:33 >> Learned it from Robert Salah.

2:08:34 >> Yeah, really seeing you in the stands

2:08:36 climbing up and down back and forth.

2:08:42 >> Got to keep the beach bond somehow.

2:08:44 >> And you were so humble. I was like, AJ,

2:08:47 was that you walking those stairs? Like,

2:08:49 no, no, no. I wouldn't work out pregame

2:08:51 like that. It was, man, you're good at

2:08:53 what you do.

2:08:55 >> Can't let everyone in on my secrets.

2:09:19 A singer in a smoke

2:09:27 for a smile they can share the [singing]

2:09:29 night. It goes on and on and on and on.

2:09:35 Stranger

2:09:37 waiting

2:09:40 up and down the

2:09:43 shadow [music]

2:09:45 touching in the night.

2:09:57 The home of the Milwaukee Braves plays

2:09:58 host to Banana Ball this weekend. And

2:10:01 down on the field, the official band of

2:10:03 the party animals

2:10:05 >> here in the home of the Brewers.

2:10:07 >> How many times are you going to do that?

2:10:08 >> Please don't stop believing.

2:10:22 [screaming]

2:10:24 Don't stop.

2:10:40 One of the best pieces of banana ball.

2:10:44 Best parts of any show in the sport.

2:10:46 Don't stop believing as Kyle Perry comes

2:10:48 back to the mound. The Milwaukee Braves

2:10:51 did play in this city from 1953 to 1965.

2:10:55 And I'll have you know they drew over

2:10:57 two million fans multiple times and won

2:11:00 the 1957 World Series.

2:11:04 >> Kyle Perry's back out for another inning

2:11:05 of work. Got two outs in relief of the

2:11:07 injured Austin Krosinsky. And now he's

2:11:09 got to deal with the MVP who homered

2:11:11 last weekend against these Loco Beach

2:11:13 Coconuts, but it's 0 for two today.

2:11:16 >> Still no home runs in the home of the

2:11:18 Milwaukee Brewers in these two games.

2:11:26 left side. Toofflin running out of room.

2:11:27 Fans have been active today already.

2:11:31 >> A couple of fan caught foul balls.

2:11:34 Both of them to the dismay of the Loco

2:11:36 Beach Coconuts.

2:11:46 22 to Skull.

2:11:52 Sword. Perry. Got him. Got team. One of

2:11:57 one. Kyle Perry tells the MVP to head

2:12:00 back to the dugout and does a boogie to

2:12:02 boot. Get another look at it. High

2:12:04 cheese. Jake school knew right away he

2:12:06 shouldn't have gone around, but he

2:12:07 already decided. And that's the

2:12:09 deception of KP.

2:12:13 >> Reeves

2:12:15 into the stands idly.

2:12:24 TJ

2:12:26 tough play in right center

2:12:29 and it's down for a base hit.

2:12:32 Antel nearly on it with a dive. Did not

2:12:34 have room. Reeves moves to one for three

2:12:37 on the day.

2:12:39 >> Gideon Antel just barely mistimed it.

2:12:41 That can't feel great either. Landing on

2:12:44 the lead shoulder with the banana ball.

2:12:45 But the worst feeling is that he'd like

2:12:47 to have that one clamped. He's one of

2:12:48 the league's premier defensive right

2:12:50 fielders. And I hate to say that's a

2:12:53 play we're used to seeing him make, but

2:12:54 it really is to this point,

2:12:57 even with the difficulty. I was

2:12:59 expecting to see it happen.

2:13:00 >> Yeah.

2:13:06 >> Jason Swan, left field well struck. Is

2:13:10 it fair? Yes, it is. The designated

2:13:14 runner, Mark Smith, gets the wave. This

2:13:17 ball game is tied.

2:13:19 Jason Swan walks off the seventh. It's

2:13:23 one point to one point in Milwaukee.

2:13:30 Swany with a standup double. And we have

2:13:33 a brand new ball game. The animals are

2:13:38 in it. Can Loco Beach strike back in the

2:13:40 top of the eighth? We'll find out when

2:13:42 we return on the CW.

2:13:56 >> And you are going to start today, the

2:13:59 winner. Introducing first at 60 years

2:14:02 old, Dave. Get after it, Dave.

2:14:05 >> Oh, wow. Wow.

2:14:08 >> YouTube, you're in for a special Yes.

2:14:10 YouTube, you're in for a special

2:14:13 practice.

2:14:13 >> Yeah, let's practice on YouTube really

2:14:15 quick. Let Chad get it on.

2:14:18 >> Oh my gosh. Chad, put the headset on.

2:14:20 >> Brace yourself for great headset.

2:14:22 >> 3 2 1

2:14:25 A new episode of the new hit series

2:14:30 continues. When love and loyalty are

2:14:37 episode of Sullivan's Crossing tomorrow

2:14:40 at 87 central on the CW.

2:14:43 >> I think we got way behind.

2:14:44 >> Yeah, you're you're way off. We've got

2:14:46 >> You're behind. Can you hear us?

2:14:49 >> Okay. We've done this before.

2:14:51 Tomorrow, a new episode of the CW's hit

2:14:54 series

2:14:56 continues. When love and loyalty are

2:14:59 pushed to the limit, the truth always

2:15:01 finds a way. Don't miss an all new

2:15:03 episode of Sullivan's Crossing tomorrow

2:15:06 at 87 central on the CW.

2:15:10 >> Hold on. I got to take my other

2:15:12 >> Are you out of the bit? This is your bit

2:15:13 and you're denying it.

2:15:17 >> Get ready. We're going to nail it when

2:15:19 it matters. YouTube chat, we will. Me,

2:15:22 Chad, and Drake.

2:15:26 That's what I call a mid-inninging

2:15:28 promo. Okay, by the way, they might be

2:15:30 challenging the call to see if that was

2:15:31 a ground rule double, which could change

2:15:33 the complexion of the game. Stand by.

2:15:35 Stay tuned.

2:15:36 >> Milwaukee.

2:15:37 >> And you get to hear us do this again.

2:15:39 >> Is our winner, Dave?

2:15:42 [cheering]

2:15:45 >> Is it Gary?

2:15:46 >> Tomorrow, a new episode of the CW's hit

2:15:49 series Sullivan's Crossing continues.

2:15:52 When love and loyalty are pushed to the

2:15:55 limit, the truth always finds a way.

2:15:58 Don't miss an all new episode of

2:16:00 Sullivan's Crossing tomorrow at 8:7

2:16:03 Central on the CW.

2:16:07 >> Banana Ball has taken over Milwaukee for

2:16:09 the weekend. The party animals in Loco

2:16:12 Beach Coconuts. Dylan Porter comes out

2:16:13 to pitch for the black and pink.

2:16:17 Porter out of Oakland, California. 6'7

2:16:21 lb righty.

2:16:23 fast ball up to 94 miles an hour here in

2:16:26 the Banana Ball Championship League. In

2:16:28 >> case you guys couldn't tell, we're

2:16:29 really excited for Sullivan's Crossing.

2:16:32 I haven't missed an episode yet this

2:16:33 season tomorrow.

2:16:38 Brett Carson

2:16:42 at the dish. He's the 10hole. 0 for two

2:16:44 today. It's 101 and two do up for the

2:16:47 Coconuts.

2:16:52 Home run on a silo. It might be a home

2:16:54 run in this ballpark. Big bow at the

2:16:57 wall

2:16:58 >> and it's gone.

2:17:01 >> No, it's a glove.

2:17:02 >> It's a trick play. It's a trick play for

2:17:05 for John Howard. Bobo

2:17:07 >> blinking. You might miss it. That's how

2:17:09 impressive Bo is on the track. It's not

2:17:11 gone. It's in a glove for 999 and turns

2:17:13 the lineup over for big Ben pumps

2:17:16 Parker. Gone into the glove. You can't

2:17:18 >> wait for the payoff.

2:17:20 Ben Parker out of the one hole is 0 for

2:17:22 two. Has been hit by a pitched as well.

2:17:31 >> Parker off the net.

2:17:51 Pumps was three for five last night

2:17:53 looking for his first hit today. Porter

2:17:55 trick pitch.

2:18:00 Parker Wallup foul. Was it caught by the

2:18:03 fans? Yes, they've done it again.

2:18:06 Another fan caught foul ball from big

2:18:09 number 33,

2:18:14 Ginger Ninja Jr.

2:18:17 in the second deck.

2:18:20 >> I think the Coconuts are going to want

2:18:21 to take a second look at this, Drake.

2:18:25 >> They do challenge.

2:18:31 Each team has one challenge. If the

2:18:34 Coconuts are unsuccessful here, they

2:18:37 will lose their lone challenge. And bear

2:18:39 with me, this Loco Beach team has tried

2:18:41 now a number of times to challenge fan

2:18:44 caught foul balls. Mark Kroco still not

2:18:47 fully learning the lesson that it's

2:18:48 really hard to overturn these because

2:18:50 you can't get the perfect angle unless

2:18:52 if you have something otherworldly

2:18:55 operating the camera. Like this is a

2:18:56 great shot from our crew, but how are

2:18:58 you supposed to see if he caught that

2:18:59 clean or not?

2:19:04 >> There's going to be nothing definitive

2:19:08 from replay that I can see. Not that

2:19:11 angle at least to overturn this call.

2:19:21 It was so well hit.

2:19:23 You say well hit, it's a weird weird way

2:19:25 to phrase a foul ball, but when fans can

2:19:27 catch it, you got to think about it in

2:19:29 that way. It's That was a screamer.

2:19:31 That's hard to pull in. And that's the

2:19:33 only angle that we have in venue.

2:19:37 This is going to have to stand.

2:19:40 >> It's moments like these I wish we had a

2:19:41 tea strainer.

2:19:44 to review. The call on the field stands.

2:19:50 It's a

2:19:50 >> Cole will stand.

2:19:53 >> Loco Beach prior to the ninth inning

2:19:56 loses its lone challenge.

2:20:02 >> Ben Parker to the dugout. Two down for

2:20:06 Tanner Allen.

2:20:14 and Ken confirmed, by the way,

2:20:16 mathematically

2:20:18 given that trick play count in the

2:20:19 bottom right

2:20:25 that the party animals will deny the

2:20:27 equalizer point.

2:20:29 Dylan Porter, what did that miss?

2:20:34 Tanner Allen knows it. [laughter]

2:20:38 A showman

2:20:40 in a left-handed batter's box. Fans can

2:20:43 do it again.

2:20:44 >> They do.

2:20:44 >> Oh my gosh. [screaming]

2:20:48 >> Two outs in one half inning.

2:20:51 Hold in by the fans.

2:20:53 >> And that guy knows. He's like, "Look,

2:20:54 I'm wearing a loco beach shirt. I'm

2:20:56 sorry." Oh my goodness. That's the

2:20:58 fourth fan caught foul ball against the

2:21:00 Coconuts today. Milwaukee

2:21:04 has been the most active fan base the

2:21:08 Animals have seen all season.

2:21:11 There's some studs buried into these

2:21:13 41,000.

2:21:18 >> Wow.

2:21:21 See the reaction from all those sitting

2:21:23 next to him.

2:21:26 No trick plays yet from the fans, but

2:21:28 four outs

2:21:30 collected by the crowd and plenty of

2:21:32 trick plays from the guys on the field.

2:21:34 >> Plenty indeed. The party animals got the

2:21:37 story started with Bryson Bloomer having

2:21:39 three trick plays to kick off the day

2:21:41 and really since then both teams have

2:21:43 put on a show, but it's definitely been

2:21:44 the party animals who have been [music]

2:21:46 on the right side of the trick play

2:21:47 coin. 14-6 the advantage. It denies the

2:21:50 Coconuts the equalizer point for a

2:21:51 second straight night. Now, last

2:21:53 evening, it had no bearing on the

2:21:55 contest results. But also last evening,

2:21:57 the Coconuts scored 12 runs to the Party

2:21:59 Animals, too. Today, there's only been

2:22:01 three total runs between these two

2:22:02 teams. The Coconuts scored two in the

2:22:04 first. The Party Animals just walked off

2:22:06 the seventh with a single tally, and

2:22:08 it's a 1-1 game where the equalizer

2:22:10 won't come into effect.

2:22:16 equal in the points category, the hits

2:22:18 category, just those trick plays helping

2:22:22 keep us there

2:22:25 as Blake Benson will take over the bump

2:22:27 for the Loco Beach Coconuts. Bad Benny

2:22:30 as they call him. One of three Southpaws

2:22:33 on this pitching staff has been lights

2:22:35 out. An entirely different pitcher than

2:22:37 we saw in the Pink and Black a year ago.

2:22:39 Blake Benson signed as an entertainment

2:22:42 player with the Loco Beach Coconuts, but

2:22:43 has served such a pivotal role. He's

2:22:46 pitching in big moments like this,

2:22:47 setting up the ninth inning because to

2:22:49 this point in the year, he is one of

2:22:52 maybe maybe five pitchers in this league

2:22:54 who can locate four pitches, five

2:22:56 pitches consistently for strikes.

2:23:00 I'm dropping stuff up here.

2:23:02 Chase Auff the dish facing his former

2:23:05 teammate.

2:23:08 >> Blake Benson with something funky and

2:23:10 that's called a strike.

2:23:13 >> Found its way in there.

2:23:16 >> See what I'm saying? He's locating these

2:23:17 breaking balls at will and he wants the

2:23:19 fans to get into it.

2:23:25 >> It's going to be a backflip. They're not

2:23:26 really obliging the

2:23:28 >> They will here. Backflip pitch from

2:23:30 Benson.

2:23:33 Trick pitch is low and away.

2:23:39 >> Matt Wolf, Garrett Dlue, the list of

2:23:42 guys early on back flipping on the

2:23:45 mound.

2:23:49 >> Blake Benson,

2:23:51 maybe the most active in that lineage.

2:23:54 >> Former party animal Garrett Dloo. former

2:23:58 Jacobo

2:23:58 >> goes trick play

2:24:00 >> just for the fun of it.

2:24:02 >> One down here in the eighth and Tanner

2:24:04 Thomas is due up but he's in the stands.

2:24:09 Tanner, help me out, boss.

2:24:25 me a million times before I was [music]

2:24:46 Taylor Thomas has a group of fans that

2:24:47 have followed him on the field.

2:24:54 30 Diana

2:24:57 Michael [music] Jackson.

2:25:06 That is hot.

2:25:09 Tanner Thomas has done it again.

2:25:15 He's been a highlight in a spotlight

2:25:17 this weekend where the party animals

2:25:19 have taken over the show in an MLB park.

2:25:22 Tanner Thomas, a guy who's helped build

2:25:23 this brand, deserves this spotlight.

2:25:26 >> I think I kind of like Triple T.

2:25:35 >> Swing and a miss

2:25:37 count even at 1-1.

2:25:41 Again,

2:25:46 no home runs

2:25:49 through almost 18 innings of Banana Ball

2:25:53 here in Milwaukee this weekend.

2:25:58 Benson

2:26:01 wants him to get loud again.

2:26:04 Back flip from the rubber.

2:26:07 Thomas base hit. You can keep your back

2:26:11 flip. And the party animals dug out

2:26:13 almost mocking Benson trying to get the

2:26:15 crowd bouncing around, hopping around,

2:26:18 trying to get the crowd fired up. It's

2:26:19 all in good fun. These teams really

2:26:21 don't have any bad blood. They're two

2:26:24 groups that like to travel together. You

2:26:26 got a couple former party animals

2:26:27 >> to mouth each other, too. They are

2:26:30 probably the two loudest dugouts when it

2:26:32 comes to trash talking. So, when you

2:26:33 match each other's energy, there's no

2:26:35 bad blood. It's when these teams are

2:26:36 playing other teams, it's like, wo, you

2:26:38 might have to dial it back. But here

2:26:40 it's banter the entire time between

2:26:42 these two.

2:26:42 >> And an insider note, these teams are

2:26:45 sharing a locker room this weekend at

2:26:47 Milwaukee. So that that keeps things

2:26:50 temperate. That's the word I would use

2:26:52 between two teams that are both

2:26:54 predicated on party. What that mean?

2:26:56 They enjoy hanging out with each other.

2:26:58 Very similar brands, similar vibes. I

2:27:01 definitely echo that then. Spent plenty

2:27:04 of time in the clubhouse over the last

2:27:05 two days.

2:27:08 Lots of similar hobbies between these

2:27:10 two teams. Keely, drinking,

2:27:13 >> beer, casinos,

2:27:17 >> beer,

2:27:19 banana ball, dare I say dancing. Yes,

2:27:23 you may dare.

2:27:26 Oh, Benson almost got him. I actually

2:27:28 truth.

2:27:30 You very seldom do that.

2:27:36 That's well struck by Fish. Ben Parker

2:27:38 going back.

2:27:41 Ben Parker

2:27:44 cannot get to it,

2:27:47 but it bounced right back up toward him.

2:27:50 Lucky hop. Yeah.

2:27:51 >> And they're on second and third for the

2:27:52 Animals. That very well could have

2:27:53 walked off the inning for Fischer.

2:27:55 Parker just batted it down. Here's the

2:27:57 replay.

2:27:58 >> Wow.

2:27:59 >> Popped right back up into his lap. I'm

2:28:01 really impressed he was able to stick

2:28:02 with that. I mean, that's the reason

2:28:03 this game's still tied right now.

2:28:05 Obviously, there's still outs to be

2:28:08 garnered here in the eighth. A tough jam

2:28:09 for Blake Benson, but that hop keeps

2:28:12 this inning going instead of a walk-off

2:28:14 for the Animals. Great job to stick with

2:28:15 it from Pumps.

2:28:18 Bloomer Jacobo to home. They're in a

2:28:23 pickle.

2:28:26 Thomas

2:28:29 will be tagged out. They're at second

2:28:31 and third for the Animals still with two

2:28:33 down now. Really good heads up play from

2:28:35 Sal Jacobo. That situational awareness.

2:28:37 No play but the one at the plate of the

2:28:39 runners off to the races with that being

2:28:41 the walk-off run in the inning. Jacobo

2:28:44 fired immediately home and Dane Toofflin

2:28:46 showed off his sneaky wheels chasing

2:28:48 down Triple T for the second out of the

2:28:50 inning and leaving the door wide open

2:28:52 here for a battle between Blake Benson

2:28:54 and Michael Ballard. The biggest to this

2:28:56 point of the game.

2:29:01 Benson on Ballard. Mikey could walk off

2:29:04 the inning and give the Animals a two

2:29:05 points to one lead. Benson could keep us

2:29:08 tied.

2:29:15 The rookie at the dish

2:29:19 and a huge moment

2:29:21 batting out of the 10 hole.

2:29:26 Ballard off Benson and walk it off.

2:29:30 The Party Animals win the eighth.

2:29:32 They've taken consecutive points to go

2:29:35 up two to one.

2:29:38 To the ninth we go. Black and pink lead,

2:29:41 but not before these boys dance.

2:29:58 Shades of Love Island for the Animals.

2:30:03 Ryrod nailed it.

2:30:09 An infield single for Ballard off of

2:30:11 Benson literally. And it's two to one.

2:30:15 Party Panda. Let's go to the final

2:30:16 inning.

2:30:24 >> It's time to take a look up at the

2:30:27 scoreboard. With the Party Animals

2:30:29 winning the previous inning, they lead

2:30:33 two points to one. As we head to the

2:30:37 ninth, party animals have more trick

2:30:40 plays than the coconuts, so there is no

2:30:43 equalizer point.

2:30:46 All the party animals have to do is hold

2:30:49 the coconuts and they get the W. But if

2:30:52 the Coconut score will head to the

2:30:54 bottom half, it's Banana Ball. And in

2:30:58 the final inning, every single run

2:31:01 scored counts as a point. Milwaukee,

2:31:06 your energy has been amazing all game

2:31:09 long, but I need to feel you right

2:31:15 [screaming] now

2:31:20 [cheering]

2:31:22 because it all comes down to this.

2:31:26 This is the final

2:31:28 [screaming and groaning]

2:31:32 in

2:31:36 [cheering]

2:31:42 the light of the brightest. Let's go.

2:31:44 >> The party animals have done the

2:31:46 impossible. The animals win the MLB

2:31:49 Stadium Series. The party animals

2:31:51 [cheering] have won the first ever

2:31:54 championship. No

2:31:57 >> Brady Ty. What a job in the night. He

2:31:59 gets the K on the split kick. Called

2:32:03 strike three.

2:32:05 Are you kidding?

2:32:08 He's a married man. The pistol squad

2:32:12 from Porter

2:32:14 after commanding the defense [cheering]

2:32:16 to sit.

2:32:17 >> Oh my goodness.

2:32:18 >> He's back, baby.

2:32:23 >> The door is already closed.

2:32:25 It opened in the first place.

2:32:26 >> Diamond tech game deep left field. You

2:32:31 can't even script it if you try.

2:32:44 and a ball game.

2:32:47 The ninth inning where every run counts

2:32:50 as a point. Party animals, loco beach

2:32:53 coconuts, and the bad bad man from

2:32:55 Albuquerque, Drew Gillespie, toes the

2:32:58 rubber.

2:33:04 Gillespie,

2:33:07 a save opportunity.

2:33:12 The 2024 Banana Ball Pitcher of the

2:33:15 Year, number 28

2:33:18 against Dne Toofflin.

2:33:20 Toughlin,

2:33:22 a single in the left.

2:33:25 And a huge way to start the ninth inning

2:33:27 for this Loco Beach offense. Dane

2:33:29 Toofflin immediately replaced on the

2:33:30 bases by Armani Henderson, but it keeps

2:33:33 the line moving for Jordan Brewer, last

2:33:34 night's showman of the game. The

2:33:36 Coconuts have used the golden batter

2:33:38 more than anyone in the league. They

2:33:39 still have it in their back pocket here

2:33:41 trying to extend this contest.

2:33:44 The four-hole Jordan Brewer

2:33:54 Gillespie

2:34:03 double play ball. There's one.

2:34:06 There's two.

2:34:08 >> [cheering]

2:34:09 >> The animals are an out away

2:34:13 from splitting Milwaukee.

2:34:17 >> Exactly what the doctor ordered for the

2:34:20 defending champion defense, but they've

2:34:22 got to get through Gideon Antel. Seven

2:34:24 for 10 this season in the ninth inning

2:34:25 with a couple of blasts.

2:34:28 He has been Mr. Clutch for the Beach.

2:34:32 Antel is the final hope for Mark

2:34:34 Crocco's team.

2:34:37 41,000 on their feet.

2:34:43 The count even.

2:34:51 The party animals have sold out their

2:34:54 own MLB stadium for the first time ever

2:35:00 and knock off the Loco Beach Coconuts by

2:35:02 a final of two to one.

2:35:08 Welcome to sports history

2:35:12 for the black and pink.

2:35:17 [cheering]

2:35:23 This team fought in front of 41,000.

2:35:26 And now let the boys dance.

2:35:32 Heat.

2:35:49 Heat.

2:35:55 Heat

2:36:06 up

2:36:21 here.

2:36:27 >> [cheering]

2:36:30 >> Milwaukee, thank you so much for making

2:36:34 history with us here today. The the

2:36:37 first MLB stadium for the party animals.

2:36:41 And you guys

2:36:43 brought us one of the greatest crowds,

2:36:45 the greatest energy we've seen from all

2:36:48 around the country.

2:36:51 joining them. Let's get a round of

2:36:53 applause for the Loco Beach Coconuts.

2:37:01 We started this with a goal just to make

2:37:03 baseball fun and bring people together.

2:37:06 And what I saw these last two days as

2:37:09 you guys were bringing the energy, the

2:37:12 passion, and the fun. And I'll tell you

2:37:14 right now, we need more fun in this

2:37:16 world. And you guys brought it here for

2:37:18 us.

2:37:22 We're going to break it down and we're

2:37:24 going to have the postgame plaza party

2:37:26 outside, but we're going to break it

2:37:28 down with Tanner Thomas right here.

2:37:32 >> Milwaukee, how was it?

2:37:39 >> You guys rocked with us and party with

2:37:41 us all day and that means the absolute

2:37:44 world to us. So, I wanted to say thank

2:37:46 you and please give yourselves a huge

2:37:48 round of applause.

2:37:53 we get to do things like this. Everyone

2:37:55 gets to come here in a place to have fun

2:37:57 and celebrate. And we cannot do it

2:37:59 without you guys. So, seriously, thank

2:38:02 you so, so much. Now, from everyone

2:38:05 across the stadium, I need everyone's

2:38:07 hands up. Hi. That's what I'm talking

2:38:10 about. And here at Banana Land, we do

2:38:12 things together. Everyone, whether

2:38:15 you're on the other team or together.

2:38:17 Now we're going to break it down here to

2:38:19 fans first on three. Are you guys ready?

2:38:24 [cheering]

2:38:26 >> Ah, they don't think you're ready. Are

2:38:27 you ready, Milwaukee?

2:38:30 [cheering]

2:38:32 >> That's more like it. Fans first on

2:38:34 three. 1 2 3. Fans first. Thank you,

2:38:39 Milwaukee. And party on. We love you.

2:38:42 What a scene [cheering]

2:38:45 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

2:38:48 The second time Banana Ball has graced

2:38:50 this city. The first time at the home of

2:38:52 the Brewers, a Major League Baseball

2:38:54 stadium.

2:38:57 Both teams celebrating together what

2:38:58 they've done for the sport this weekend.

2:39:01 A split with the Coconuts winning 4-2

2:39:04 yesterday. The Animals taking down Loco

2:39:07 Beach 2 to one today. And it happened so

2:39:10 fast. in the blink of an eye. Really,

2:39:12 Loco Beach had a one- nothing lead

2:39:14 through the first six innings of the

2:39:15 game. Then you get to the seventh, it's

2:39:16 a walk-off. You get to the eighth, it's

2:39:18 a walk-off. Both teams scored two runs

2:39:20 in this game, pitching and defense

2:39:22 dominant. But the Party Animals were the

2:39:24 team today that showed up in the clutch.

2:39:26 That's what the Coconuts have been known

2:39:27 for this season. On the other side, the

2:39:29 Party Animals have been known to

2:39:30 struggle closing out these leads. It's a

2:39:33 really good sign for the defending

2:39:34 champions that they were able to beat

2:39:36 the Coconuts at their own game this

2:39:38 afternoon after dropping last night's

2:39:40 affair. And Gillespie notches a save for

2:39:43 the party animals. Their second save as

2:39:45 a team in the last three games and where

2:39:47 that's been the bugaboo with the black

2:39:48 and pink this year. To notch another

2:39:51 building confidence in that category,

2:39:53 it's exactly what you want. Now down on

2:39:56 the field, Sam Bowman has met with our

2:39:59 showman of the game. He led the game in

2:40:01 trick plays Bryson Bloomer on the field.

2:40:04 >> Yeah, Drake, our showman of the game,

2:40:06 Bryson Bloomer. As Drake just said,

2:40:08 seemed like every time the ball came to

2:40:10 you, the mentality was we're going to

2:40:12 get tricky with it.

2:40:13 >> We're going to make sure that the

2:40:15 Coconuts have no chance today for an

2:40:17 equalizer.

2:40:17 >> You don't want to hit the ball over my

2:40:18 way today. Um I'm grateful honestly

2:40:21 found some opportunities. You know,

2:40:22 obviously wasn't great in the box today,

2:40:24 but that's why Banana Bolt's a two-sided

2:40:26 game. You can help your team win on both

2:40:28 ends. So that's the goal, right?

2:40:30 >> You come into Milwaukee, of course,

2:40:31 yesterday doesn't go the way you guys

2:40:33 want to do. I see this fire in the

2:40:34 dugout after the game. You come out

2:40:36 today. What's the mentality to say,

2:40:39 "Hey, this is this is ours. This is our

2:40:40 headliner."

2:40:41 >> Exactly. Yeah. I think we're just trying

2:40:42 to defend it from the coconuts. They're

2:40:44 a little wild, crazy beach vibes over

2:40:46 there. And and they want to take it from

2:40:48 us, but you know, staff day out of the

2:40:49 bullpin today, they were absolutely

2:40:51 amazing.

2:40:53 And I huge credit to them. They created

2:40:56 opportunities for me. They create

2:40:57 opportunities for every outfielder.

2:40:59 Shout out Big Bo out there crushing it.

2:41:01 Um, just hold it down all day. Hold it

2:41:04 down, baby.

2:41:04 >> Hey, when you look around here, it's

2:41:06 pink, it's black, it's 41,000 people

2:41:11 >> for you guys, huh?

2:41:12 >> Oh, I tell you what, running out of the

2:41:14 tunnel last night was one of the top

2:41:16 moments of my life. Um, incredible

2:41:19 experience. It is so amazing to see how

2:41:21 far this brand has come. And I know that

2:41:23 you fans I know that you fans watching

2:41:26 at home, you guys are some of the most

2:41:28 loyal fans in Banana Ball. So, shout out

2:41:30 to all you Party Animal fans because you

2:41:32 all are the best. Sam, did you get a

2:41:34 Gatorade bath of your own down there?

2:41:36 >> Cooling me off. I worked too hard.

2:41:38 [laughter] But we're finally here. We

2:41:40 talk about a party animal team built by

2:41:42 people who were chosen to come back.

2:41:44 >> You wanted to be here.

2:41:45 >> Yes. Absolutely.

2:41:46 >> You wanted to be in Black and Pink more

2:41:48 than anything. Even when things didn't

2:41:49 seem to go your way at first, this is

2:41:51 what it was about. Yeah. Absolutely,

2:41:52 baby. I love where I am. I love this

2:41:54 team with all my heart and I just try

2:41:55 and go out every night and give it

2:41:57 everything I got. That's that's the

2:41:59 goal. I play for these team, play for

2:42:00 the fans, man. And I just love it.

2:42:02 >> Bryson Bloomer. Oh, showman of the game.

2:42:04 Hey, wait right there for me. [laughter]

2:42:08 >> Sam, thank you so much.

2:42:10 >> Shout out Lizzie. Shout out Lizzie. I

2:42:12 love you.

2:42:12 >> His fiance Liz getting the big shout

2:42:14 out. Thanks again to Sam Bowman. Bryson

2:42:16 Bloomer. It's the first reporter to ever

2:42:18 get a Gatorade bath just for the

2:42:20 reporter down there. And you see Bloomer

2:42:23 how solid he was defensively manning the

2:42:26 hot corner. Also fouled out to a fan

2:42:28 today. So that's about as fans first as

2:42:30 it gets. That adds into your show of the

2:42:32 game honors for number eight, the

2:42:35 captain, Coach Bloomer for the Party

2:42:37 Animals.

2:42:39 Now let's show you exactly how we got to

2:42:41 that final score of two to one. The

2:42:44 Animals won the seventh in eighth

2:42:45 innings, acquiring points in both of

2:42:47 those after the Loco Beach Coconuts won

2:42:49 the first inning. After that, we just

2:42:51 went dormant in this contest for the

2:42:53 final of two to one. Four combined runs.

2:42:56 A true pitcher duel. That was the

2:42:58 longest scoring drought I've remembered

2:42:59 at the beach in quite some time. Eight

2:43:01 straight innings without bringing in a

2:43:03 run for what has looked like the

2:43:04 league's most explosive offense,

2:43:06 certainly since the Banana Ball open.

2:43:08 But really the difference, Drake, as the

2:43:10 visiting team this year, the Loco Beach

2:43:11 Coconuts 7-1 in games where they win the

2:43:14 equalizer point today. Never a chance.

2:43:16 And it's a onepoint difference. The

2:43:18 equalizer makes an impact and we're down

2:43:20 on the field with Mattie [music] Warren

2:43:22 alongside Jesse Cole.

2:43:24 >> Jesse, it's been a couple of weeks of

2:43:26 just history after history after

2:43:28 history. Indianapolis, Orlando just last

2:43:30 weekend, and now we come here to

2:43:32 Milwaukee. How perfect was this crowd

2:43:34 for this type of event? I don't think

2:43:36 people realize what just happened here.

2:43:38 This is like the Washington Generals

2:43:41 selling out stadiums, the opponent of

2:43:43 the Globe Troters because the Party Himl

2:43:45 started as just the opponent 6 years

2:43:46 ago. We didn't have the big vision for a

2:43:48 league then. They were just playing the

2:43:49 bananas all over the country. And the

2:43:51 fans that they have created over the

2:43:52 last six years, step by step, one fan at

2:43:56 a time. To be able to sell this out,

2:43:58 over 80,000 fans going crazy, standing

2:44:01 at the end of the night is a testament

2:44:03 to the party animals, this brand, and

2:44:05 the love of Banana Ball. I am through

2:44:07 the roof right now because I've seen

2:44:08 this game build and to see this team and

2:44:10 what they've done, creating fans, major

2:44:13 league stadiums where they're playing

2:44:14 the bananas, football stadiums where

2:44:15 they're playing the bananas, and now to

2:44:17 do it themselves and put on the show

2:44:18 that they've done right here. Boy, it's

2:44:20 a great day for Banana Ball. And I'm so

2:44:22 proud of the party animals. When you

2:44:23 look around at a soldout American Family

2:44:25 Field two nights in a row, how much does

2:44:28 that make you just want to go home and

2:44:29 dream for the next biggest thing for

2:44:31 these fans?

2:44:32 >> Well, I just want to keep dreaming for

2:44:33 everyone. I think everyone needs more

2:44:35 dreams. And, you know, when the Party

2:44:36 Animals started this and, you know,

2:44:38 2020, the first game, and then 2021 in a

2:44:40 One City World Tour, you know, they're

2:44:41 just playing some games. And then to go

2:44:43 on the 2023 tour and literally win the

2:44:45 championship and 2024 at Major League

2:44:47 Stadiums and 2025, win the championship

2:44:49 again and now 2026 be doing what they're

2:44:52 doing. You know, I think that we need

2:44:53 more dreams in this world. And I think,

2:44:54 you know, all these guys, all these

2:44:55 players, they had the big dreams to play

2:44:57 Major League Baseball and to do things,

2:44:59 you know, many people can't do. And then

2:45:00 this came along and to see all the kids

2:45:03 out here wearing Party Animal jerseys

2:45:05 and, you know, dreaming that maybe one

2:45:06 day I can play for the Party Animals

2:45:08 didn't even exist six years ago and now

2:45:10 it does. And uh dreams can come true.

2:45:12 And yeah, I'm going to keep dreaming.

2:45:14 And to see what's happened in just a few

2:45:15 years with this team and all our teams,

2:45:18 this is a special time. And uh yeah,

2:45:20 Banana Ball's just getting started.

2:45:21 >> Hey, Milwaukee became the city of dreams

2:45:24 [music] this weekend. Drake AJ, it's

2:45:25 been too good to us.

2:45:27 >> Maddie, thank you very much to Jesse

2:45:29 Cole, the founder of Banana Ball, the

2:45:31 founder of the Savannah Bananas.

2:45:36 Thank you to both of them. And AJ, here

2:45:38 are the updated standings in our sport.

2:45:40 Texas Tailgator began the weekend at

2:45:43 second place and [music] now they are

2:45:45 number one in the Banana Ball

2:45:46 Championship League at top the Savannah

2:45:48 Bananas. Party Animals stay above that

2:45:50 cutline a game and a half above the

2:45:52 Indianapolis Clouds for postseason

2:45:53 [music]

2:45:54 contention. Only only the top four teams

2:45:56 in the league will make the playoffs and

2:45:58 a game and a half back of the Loco Beach

2:46:00 Coconuts. But things now interesting,

2:46:02 the Party Animals still have a fighters

2:46:04 chance at tying the season series

2:46:07 against Loco Beach. The Coconuts now

2:46:09 [music] 6 and3 on the year against the

2:46:11 party animals. Right now we've got a

2:46:13 three-game series coming up next

2:46:14 weekend. The last time these two teams

2:46:16 will play in the 2026 regular season.

2:46:18 It's in Jersey Shore. It's a [music]

2:46:20 Coconuts headliner. An exciting one at

2:46:22 that. Only the third in team history. If

2:46:24 the Coconuts win any of those games,

2:46:26 they will have the tiebreaker over the

2:46:28 party animals moving forward. Right now,

2:46:30 they've got the one and a halfame grip

2:46:32 on third place, but they're two and a

2:46:33 half back of the Bananas and three back

2:46:35 of the league's best Texas tailgator.

2:46:37 Now, one of the reasons it matters so

2:46:38 much to win that season series or at

2:46:40 least tie it is that is a tiebreaker

2:46:42 come the end of the year if [music] both

2:46:43 teams, the party animals and coconuts

2:46:45 have the same record. I want to mention

2:46:46 this too as you take a look again at

2:46:48 these standings. Who are the two teams

2:46:50 that missed the Banana Ball Open? Oh,

2:46:53 Loco Beach

2:46:56 and the Party. Correct. Those are two

2:46:59 squads that in the first 11 games of the

2:47:01 season were still trying to figure

2:47:03 things out and didn't make the open.

2:47:05 That was the initial inseason tournament

2:47:07 here in Banana Ball. The Texas

2:47:08 Tailgators won that and they got a free

2:47:10 spot in the post. I [music] say free was

2:47:12 earned, but a spot in the postseason no

2:47:13 matter what happens the rest of the

2:47:15 regular season. And for the party

2:47:18 animals and Coconuts [music] who missed

2:47:19 that open, who who weren't in the top

2:47:20 four with an opportunity to play that

2:47:22 weekend at Savannah. Now they finally

2:47:24 caught back into a group. The only

2:47:26 problem is two teams in a group playing

2:47:28 each other means it's immovable force,

2:47:32 unstoppable, object, whatever the saying

2:47:34 is. two squads in the very similar spot

2:47:36 going back and forth with another split

2:47:38 weekend here in Milwaukee. Down on the

2:47:40 field though, the the true highlight was

2:47:42 seeing the party animals in a moment

2:47:44 such as this built for them selling out

2:47:46 their own MLB stadium. Their head coach,

2:47:48 an OG animal, Mike Vvesas is with Sam.

2:47:52 >> Yeah, Drake here with a very happy head

2:47:56 coach Mike Vves. Baba, you look at a

2:47:58 team that you very intentionally drafted

2:48:00 so many months ago. Some questions could

2:48:02 be why isn't he going after different

2:48:04 guys? Why isn't he going for different

2:48:05 talent in the pool? But you chose this

2:48:07 team with such intentionality on a day

2:48:10 like this, a weekend like this. It's got

2:48:12 to feel like it paid off.

2:48:14 >> It's unbelievable. There's no other

2:48:15 group of guys who deserve this uh every

2:48:18 day in and out working for this brand,

2:48:21 working for this organization, and it's

2:48:22 just so nice when it all comes together.

2:48:24 I mean, you can't I'm speechless from

2:48:26 this weekend. So, I'm just so proud that

2:48:28 the boys had a great show. Back-to-back

2:48:30 nights, even though we didn't win the

2:48:31 first night, still unbelievable for

2:48:33 everybody.

2:48:33 >> You hear Jesse Cole saying just moments

2:48:35 ago, there are kids out there now

2:48:37 dreaming of wearing the black and pink,

2:48:39 a jersey that was originally created

2:48:41 just to play against those guys in

2:48:42 yellow. How does it feel to look around

2:48:44 41,000 wearing those jerseys thinking

2:48:47 that might be me?

2:48:48 >> Oh man, I looked around maybe 10 or 12

2:48:50 times throughout the game and I would

2:48:51 get chills. I'm getting chills right now

2:48:53 thinking of it. seeing the amount of

2:48:54 pink, the party animal support, just

2:48:56 everything coming together and knowing

2:48:59 that kids want to be a party. I had kids

2:49:00 come up to me in the plaza, the pregame

2:49:02 plaza, and they're like, "Man, we can't

2:49:03 wait to play for you in in 10 years. We

2:49:05 can't wait to play." And it's like it's

2:49:06 it's beautiful because I never would

2:49:08 have imagined that this brand would blow

2:49:10 blow up like it did. And uh it's just a

2:49:12 dream come true. And I'm I'm I'm just so

2:49:13 so happy for this. And we talked earlier

2:49:15 today like guys like yourself, but guys

2:49:17 like Jake Skull, Chase Auff, Bryson

2:49:20 Bloomer, Deleno, some of these people

2:49:22 who came in from the get-go and while

2:49:24 Manny Pa said, "I want to wear the

2:49:25 yellow for the bananas." They said, "No,

2:49:26 no, no. I'm a party animal, and that's

2:49:28 exactly where I'm going to stay to build

2:49:30 this thing."

2:49:30 >> Absolutely. Um, you know, from the

2:49:32 get-go, they've been they've been 100%

2:49:33 for the brand. They loved what they

2:49:35 loved what we provided. They loved the

2:49:36 show we brought and they want to stick

2:49:38 with it. And you know, and that's why,

2:49:39 you know, I like to be loyal and I like

2:49:41 to bring back the guys who really

2:49:42 appreciate the brand, appreciate Banana

2:49:44 Ball, and it all comes together.

2:49:47 >> How do you look back on a weekend that

2:49:49 was this in Milwaukee, Baba?

2:49:52 >> Oh, man. It's like a fever dream right

2:49:53 now, but uh just just take it all in,

2:49:55 you know, just the amount of of people

2:49:57 that we've spoke to, the the

2:49:59 interactions we had, all the all the fan

2:50:01 energy. It's just we got to take that

2:50:03 and keep bringing it with us game in

2:50:04 game out because this ain't it for us.

2:50:06 We got to keep pushing and we got to

2:50:08 keep winning ball games.

2:50:09 >> A winners mentality. They can celebrate

2:50:11 at least for a couple days and then

2:50:13 they're back at it. Drake AJ,

2:50:15 >> what a happy guy.

2:50:16 >> It's It's hard not to get emotional when

2:50:18 you think about again what Jesse Cole

2:50:20 talked about and what Mike Vasis just

2:50:23 drove home. A team that was invented to

2:50:26 be the little brother team invented to

2:50:28 lose the the the proverbial generals of

2:50:30 this whole operation now selling out for

2:50:32 41,000. And they couldn't have done it.

2:50:35 Couldn't put on a show like this without

2:50:37 some local flare. Um, he is the hometown

2:50:41 kid. Grew up [music] five minutes from

2:50:42 here. Brady Kis is with Mattie Warren.

2:50:45 Matty, will you make sure he's got some

2:50:46 spotted cow ready to go post game?

2:50:48 >> Drake would like to know if you have

2:50:49 some spotted cow ready to go for after

2:50:51 the game.

2:50:52 >> Spotted cow ready to go. Not in the

2:50:53 locker room, but maybe at home.

2:50:54 >> Okay, maybe at home. Now, we'll get to

2:50:57 the spotted cow in a second because I

2:50:58 still don't really actually know what

2:51:00 that is. But I do want to talk about a

2:51:02 little story you were telling me a

2:51:03 couple days ago about coming to this

2:51:05 stadium, the $1 ticket, sitting up in

2:51:07 the nosebleleed seats. Did you get a

2:51:09 chance to look at any of those seats

2:51:11 while you were on the field pitching

2:51:12 yesterday and just go, "Wow, this is how

2:51:14 far I've come."

2:51:16 >> Definitely. Yeah, it's actually right up

2:51:18 there, right behind home plate. So, we

2:51:19 have seen it. There's Bob Uker up there,

2:51:21 which they're in the Uker seat. So, it's

2:51:22 really cool to to look up really

2:51:25 throughout the whole the whole stadium

2:51:26 and just see all the people all the

2:51:29 people that where I used to sit now

2:51:31 watching me get to throw.

2:51:32 >> All right. Now, back to the spotted cow.

2:51:34 So, I've heard so much about it. I now

2:51:36 know that it's a beer. Correct. What

2:51:38 else do the people at home need to know

2:51:40 about Milwaukee from the hometown kid?

2:51:43 >> Oh, other things about Milwaukee. You

2:51:45 know, we're big into our sports teams.

2:51:46 We love the Bucks. We love the Brewers.

2:51:48 Uh big cheese head, you know, go Pack

2:51:51 Go. Um, but here in Milwaukee,

2:51:54 you're you're never going to go wrong

2:51:55 with a good restaurant, good

2:51:57 cheeseburger. Um, it's really about the

2:51:59 food.

2:52:00 >> They love their sports and they hate the

2:52:02 Cubs. Hate the Cubs.

2:52:03 >> Learned that. Yeah, no doubt.

2:52:04 >> Learned that today. Um, this crowd this

2:52:07 weekend, the loudest crowd that I've

2:52:09 ever seen. Is it the loudest crowd that

2:52:10 you've ever seen?

2:52:11 >> Yeah, I would say so. Especially when

2:52:13 this roof gets closed, um, it's very

2:52:15 loud. It was it was projecting like no

2:52:17 other. Um, so cool to see the hometown

2:52:19 people really get into the game and

2:52:21 party with us.

2:52:22 >> Well, it was an honor to share your

2:52:23 hometown with you this weekend, Brady,

2:52:25 Drake, AJ. This guy taught me everything

2:52:27 I know about Milwaukee this weekend.

2:52:28 >> AJ, Bryson Bloomer was fantastic. VA

2:52:31 coached a great game. Thank you again to

2:52:32 Matty Warren, the hometown kid, Brady

2:52:34 Kis, but the fans were involved in this

2:52:35 just as much as the players today. Five

2:52:39 caught foul balls. I had four. Four for

2:52:42 the Loco Beach Coconuts and the party

2:52:44 animals today. And what an afternoon it

2:52:46 was for the 41,000. Four of those

2:52:48 special fans getting involved themselves

2:52:50 and having them their their own gloves

2:52:53 and bare hands known here at American

2:52:57 Family Field.

2:53:00 Pretty cool. I mean, where else are you

2:53:02 going to see that? Fans having a real

2:53:04 impact on the outcome of this game. And

2:53:08 a real impact because three of the four

2:53:10 went in favor of the party animals.

2:53:13 Yeah, you see the fans saying goodbye to

2:53:16 the party animals and loco beach

2:53:18 coconuts and headed outside the postgame

2:53:20 plaza party where party down. The

2:53:22 official band of the animals will play a

2:53:24 rock concert all afternoon long

2:53:29 and we will see you again next weekend

2:53:31 in New Jersey. The Jersey Shore will

2:53:35 play host to these two brands. We're

2:53:37 going back to the beach. It was Myrtle

2:53:39 Beach, Conway, South Carolina, where

2:53:40 these two teams squared off for the

2:53:41 first time in Banana Ball history. And

2:53:44 now we're going to the shores of New

2:53:45 Jersey.

2:53:47 Yeah. You know, I'll tell you what, I've

2:53:49 never been to Jersey Shore, but I know

2:53:51 it's awesome because anything with shore

2:53:53 in the name is sure to be great,

2:53:56 especially at Loco Beach. Looking

2:53:58 forward to spending some time by the

2:53:59 ocean, maybe catching a wave [music] or

2:54:01 two. You know, vibes are immaculate here

2:54:03 in Milwaukee. We just saw over 80,000

2:54:05 fans across the last two days fill out

2:54:08 the entirety of American Family Field.

2:54:10 Regardless of the outcome, whether it be

2:54:12 a Coconuts win on night one, a Party

2:54:14 Animals win on night two, six Loco Beach

2:54:17 wins on the season, three for the Party

2:54:18 Animals against these Coconuts, every

2:54:21 single time I leave with a smile on my

2:54:24 face and joy to be spread because that's

2:54:27 what Banana Ball is all about. That's

2:54:28 the vision of Jesse Cole and it was on

2:54:30 full display. That is why the party

2:54:32 animals are able to fill out these

2:54:34 venues the way they are, building fans

2:54:35 one at a time and spreading smiles along

2:54:38 the way regardless of result. That is an

2:54:40 odd note and nugget. But because of all

2:54:42 of this,

2:54:44 this is rare in sports. Six teams and a

2:54:47 season that is spread out from February

2:54:49 to October. This is the last time AJ,

2:54:52 next weekend, I should say, will be the

2:54:53 last time that you and I work the booth

2:54:54 together this year. the last time the

2:54:56 party animals see the Loco Beach

2:54:57 Coconuts in 2026 outside of the

2:55:00 playoffs. And now we have officially hit

2:55:03 14 locations, 14 cities for the party

2:55:06 animals this year out of the 27 that are

2:55:10 on their schedule. Over halfway through

2:55:13 the locations that Banana Ball will be

2:55:15 played in this year. We're into the dog

2:55:17 days of the Banana Ball Championship

2:55:19 League season.

2:55:20 >> I'm not a fan of anything you just said.

2:55:22 That's that's going to make me cry. I

2:55:24 only get three more Drake. That's when

2:55:25 it heats up. That's when it gets even

2:55:26 better.

2:55:27 >> And we're already over halfway through.

2:55:28 I don't want this to ever end. Can 2026

2:55:31 just

2:55:32 >> be 2027?

2:55:35 It will be 2027 eventually, right? There

2:55:38 will be a draft. There will be there'll

2:55:40 be surely the the World Tour City

2:55:43 selection draft where we'll see where

2:55:45 Banana Ball will be played next year for

2:55:47 these six brands. In the meantime, it

2:55:49 was Sam Bowman and Matty Warren down on

2:55:51 the field helping us out. Keegan Woods

2:55:54 directing the show in the truck. Chad

2:55:56 Reese producing next to us. Our

2:55:59 Savant

2:56:01 Josh Tleski is somewhere taking stats

2:56:03 right now. I know he is. As well as

2:56:04 Riley Turner helping us on site here.

2:56:06 Josh Richardson, the executive producer

2:56:08 of BTV. Thank you to him as well to my

2:56:10 left. AJ Switech. Pleasure to call the

2:56:12 game with you. Pleasure to be on the CW

2:56:13 [music] with you. Drake Tol

2:56:16 saying once again as always after a 2-1

2:56:21 party animals victory over the Loco

2:56:22 Beach Coconuts with 41,000 on hand the

2:56:24 home of the Milwaukee Brewers. Good

2:56:26 night

2:56:28 and party on
